Sep 01,2022Enchanted White Spruce 9'. I ordered this tree very early due to potential shortage issues again this holiday season. I am an interior designer and as such am extremely particular since my clientele tends to be very discerning and demanding. I wanted to “test” this tree prior to recommending to my clients. Pros: -Realism, notably the shorter branches towards the interior of the tree emulates the ways that a tree grows naturally. This gives the tree a very legitimate appearance and a fullness otherwise missing in the average faux tree. It even feels very much like a healthy tree. -Lights are expertly strung throughout the tree. The mini lights are gorgeous with a candlelight glow and the wires are thin. -Very sturdy top to hold a heavier topper if required. -The trunk is brown with texture giving it a more natural appearance. -Only two tips came off during the fluffing. -We have a ten-foot ceiling and this tree nearly reaches the ceiling which would indicate it is a bit taller than 9'. The span was as advertised. -Received the tree in only five days! -Holds and displays heavier ornaments very well. Cons: -Fluffing took an extraordinarily long time. Most of the tips required turning to expose the brown more realistic aspect of the feature. -Off-putting odour initially however this dissipates after a few days. -the price is far too high. I would have considered half the cost a good value. -customer service was less than optimal. They left one feeling as if they, the customer, were being an imposition. This almost sent me to their competitor BH.

Apr 27,2022All in all, service and product were excellent. The only problem was the waiting period. It took about 3 months to receive our Christmas tree and it arrived in January. When it arrived, we assembled it to determine if it was in working condition. We were pleasantly surprised that this tree was everything I was hoping it would be. I look forward to decorating this beautiful 9 foot tree that is equipped with different light settings this Christmas. Also, I want to thank Treetime for reducing about $50.00 from the final price. I don't recall why but may be the waiting time and inconvenience due to supply line. Thank you

Apr 16,2022Ordered new tree and some garland after Christmas. Garland on back order and arrived in April.as promised. Tree was put on hold until I returned from winter holiday. I called when I returned and tree was shipped. Tested tree and it is great. 7foot slender fits perfectly near the stairs. Garland matches the tree needles. Both are natural appearing. I am pleased and satisfied.

Apr 06,2022Oh, where do I begin... So, I ordered (my first) tree in November. Only after ordering did the order receipt say "ships in early December" (it did not say that on the order page). That's not a problem though, who cares. It will come... right? On December 6th I email their support email asking about the status. Crickets. They just completely ignore me (and never did answer). On December 9th I get a generic email clearly sent to all pending customers saying that some tree's are delayed due to supply-chain issues. Annoying? Yes, but it's a weird world right now with supply chain issues so stuff happens, no big deal. The email directs me to order a currently in-stock tree instead, which I happily go do. They promise delivery between 2-5 days using Fedex home delivery. I then wait for delivery of the 2nd tree... and wait... and wait some more... nothing ever comes. I email support two or three more times, and they still 100% ignore me. I call them, they don't answer and ignore my voicemails. You can see via the tracking numbers that they give you that the tree never even left their warehouse. It was NEVER shipped. Christmas comes... no tree. The kids are sad, the wife is mad, and I'm just fuming. Finally I just accept it and end up doing a chargeback to the company. SUDDENLY I'm a person of interest. I get a phone call with a voicemail asking to call them to "clear up some confusion". Then, all of a sudden my tree ships out on the 27th of December! You ship me a tree after Christmas... are you serious? Please, avoid this company at all costs. Supply chain issues happen, it's been a tough couple of years. But ignoring your customers, lying to them, and then doing shady stuff after the fact is what shows the true colors of a bad business.

Feb 18,2022I ordered a 3' enchanted white spruce. When it arrived the base had been damaged. I wrote to Treetime and sent photos of the broken base. They sent me a whole new tree! And they were easy to communicate with, by email and by phone. As for quality, the tree is realistic looking -- lovely -- and well-lit with small LED lights. I've also purchased a number of light strings from them and all have been high quality.

Feb 06,2022Ordered tree in late Nov. with the promise of early Dec. delivery. Got one e-mail 2 weeks before Christmas warning the tree maight be delayed. 1/18/22 another e-mail says the trees have finally arived and are ready for shipping. They do not mention that even tho it is only 53 days since placing the order and nothing on my end has changed, they need to update my billing info before sending it. I don't find this out until early Feb. when I inquire "Where's my tree". Worse yet, they were never helpful, or apologetic, even seems resentful. Thus, I finally cancelled my overpriced tree and have nothing good to say about your company. No one in my family will ever use you again, and will badmouth you to my dying day.

Feb 02,2022Ordered from Treetime mainly due to the faster shipping time that was offered as compared to the other "heavily advertised" brand. The tree arrived within the time frame that was promised. The tree was easy to set up and looked absolutely beautiful. The light function is fantastic, especially the "twinkle" option. The timer function is also very convenient. I do wish that the plugs to connect the section lights were integral with the center post as in other brands. I mistakenly took apart one of the internal connectors instead of a section connector when taking the tree down. An inconvenience, but easy to correct. Both my wife and I love the look of this tree.

It has plenty of lights, was easy to put together, & has a perfect shape. Delivery was quick. Love the look of the branches! Well worth the money. This is a high quality tree!

Feb 02,2022Due to a malfunctioning Christmas tree I ordered a new one from Treetime. Was very pleased and excited with the choices I had. It was estimated delivery in about 7days. Even more excited, then got a call that shipment was delayed due to carrier ship was still in harbor as many other people experienced during the holidays. Was disappointed of course but made it through Christmas with my 1/2 lit tree. Then I got a call from Treetime that my tree finally came in and asked if I still wanted my order. I declined as I got my tree fixed after the holiday. Both the lady and the gentleman I spoke to from the beginning and end were very good and professional. In the future if needed I will order from Treetime with out hesitation. Thank you Treetime.

Feb 01,2022The tree I ordered was beautiful & looked very realistic. It was easy to put together & take down. It arrived just when this company said it would-a week before Christmas! It fit perfectly in our family room & the remote was easy to operate w/all the neat ways to have the lights-all white, pastels or brights.

Feb 01,2022Wonderful customer service, but... The tree itself and the LED lights are great quality. I was disapointed that in manufacturing, the individual adding the lighting to the tree carelessly wrapped the string around multiple branches. I had to spend some time re-doing the lights to ensure the branches could unfold correctly.

Feb 01,2022Actually, we really like the tree, but we had a problem with it. One of the branches has no lights, which leaves a hole in the decoration. And, the bottom tier of branches hangs much lower than the next tier so we have a big gap at the bottom of the tree. I think these are problems you should address by replacing the defective pieces. I emailed customer service twice and included a photo of the tree problems but didn't hear back either time. My poor rating is in regard to your customer service - I didn't seem to get any. If you email me, i can send you a photo of the problems.
