Jan 28,2021We were able to get replacement bulbs for our tree at a reasonable price. I had to order twice, as I misjudged the number that we had out (once they start going out, huge sections will go out), which meant waiting quite awhile to get the whole tree fixed. Shipping was at least a week each time. The first order was packaged different than the second, so I don’t know if they were from a different manufacturer or just a different batch, but the second order of bulbs was much harder to push in all the way, and get latched. This made the process slow and difficult. My fingers were killing me by the time I was done (both times- as pulling out the old bulbs hurts, too). My advice is to order replacement bulbs before you need them and replace burnt out bulbs as soon as you discover them.

Jan 27,2021I looked for quite a while before deciding to by my indoor lit garland from Treetime. I am so glad I bought from them for it arrived timely, was packaged well and it isn't cheaply made. It lost very few 'needles' as I unfold and fluffed it. It looks absolutely beautiful on my stairs.
