Thank you for partnering with 97.1 The Drive with the ornaments to provide care packages for our nation’s service men and women overseas through Operation Gratitude!! The ornaments are nice and are for a great cause! It was also easier to order this year than last year so thanks for making the shipping options straight forward.

I realize that the delay in shipments is not your fault but I was trying to reach you and you hung up on me several times today. It’s not my fault either and I paid full price and I’m wondering if I’m going to get a discount?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TREE I ORDERED ON NOVEMBER 9, 2021 AND IT IS NOW JANUARY 8, 2022 (POST HOLIDAYS). I ONLY GIVE ONE STAR SINCE ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION HERE. I CAN NOT BELEIVE YOU WOULD SEND A REVIEW REQUEST WHEN YOU KNOW YOU CAN NOT COMPLETE ORDERS DUE TO YOUR SUPPLY ISSUES.

I would rate the interaction with the sales staff as excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The communication re delivery status was also helpful. Unfortunately, due to pandemic related supply chain issues the tree ordered in September did not arrive by the time I cancelled the order on 12/20. Thus I can not rate the product. This is a very tough time to be a retailer.

Tree is beautiful. Only issue is: Some the the branches, held by metal "hinges," do not lock in place, droop, and cause "holes/sparse areas." Overall, it was a great purchase.

Thank you so much for keeping us in the loop about delays in our original order. We were finally able to purchase a lovely 7.5ft tree, delivered as promised within a few days as a replacement. Thank you so much for your help in setting up the light system and sending a necessary replacement 'hanger' - also for your kind and patient directions for set-up via phone calls. We love the tree, it is beautiful, fits so well in our space on our sun porch. It looks so life-like and lovely, I'm sure we will treasure it for years to come. Your service associates were knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are very grateful.

Ordered a tree in mid November, received two emails saying it was delayed and then the emails stopped in early December. I sent two emails asking status and never received anything back. Sent third email mid December asking to cancel and refund the order, did not receive a answer for almost two weeks and by that time, it was after Christmas. I understand supply chain issues but lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a time sensitive item like Christmas trees.

Are you serious? The tree I ordered last year way before Christmas that still hasn’t arrived. The communication has been good given that the company had issues getting answers. Had to go out and pay $$$ for a tree last minute. Hopefully I will have a new tree from Treetime soon.

We ordered a tree well before Christmas and kept getting false status updates via email. When I called customer service, the lady on the phone said that people are upset about not having a tree before Christmas, yet people have died in Canada. She gave me attitude, but all I wanted was the truth about my order. The email said that it was in the United States, but when I called, I later found out that it was not in the United States and is still in Canada. It is now January 5th and we have not received our tree. We only get the occasional email telling us the tree is on its way. It should have gotten here by now and someone from the company should have called us to apologize, but I have not received any true updates or any phone calls. So disappointed with this purchase. We order our tree on 11/06 and it did not say that it was out of stock. Had we known that, we would have bought something else.

I'd always wanted a Christmas Tree that reminded me of the kind I grew up with, in the midwest--a Balsam Fur, with plenty of space between branches, great for hanging ornaments. When I put your 5-foot Scandinavian Fur tree together, I was very pleased--it does remind me of my childhood trees. The instructions were pretty clear. That said, I was a little confused about the lights, so I called Customer Service. The rep was extremely helpful and researched the details about my particular pre-lit tree, which cleared up my problem. The only thing that surprised me, was that the individual LED lights cannot be replaced. That concerned me at first, but I decided that the lights would probably last a long time, being LED. Thank you for such a pretty tree!

This company has dealt with a very trying time perfectly. Total confidence in them to deliver our tree in time for next Christmas. Customer service is excellent. There could be no way for them to know all the problems the world was going to throw at them but they did their best to navigate them and let me know what was going on every step of them way.

The tree was ordered the first week in November 2021 and it's now the first week of January 2022 and still no tree. I talked to customer service and they are hoping for a February delivery. They didn't offer a discount and then I found out it's made in China so I canceled my order.

May not be your fault, but had to cancel the order due to the uncertainty of the tree arriving in time for Christmas. Customer service was understanding and helpful.
