It was all handled by France Ledbury, she was the lead Solicitor for my case. If there is another word bigger or more deserving than “excellence” that’s the service I received. The timely communications, signposting, providing information and follow-ups from Frances was simply put, exceptional. Katherine talked to me, free of charge, for almost an hour and was practical, informative and sympathetic. Of all the solicitors I have contacted about this matter over the last two years, she was by far the best one for that initial contact. She also promptly emailed me with the info she'd promised which is not always something everyone does!

Aug 21,2024I asked Louis to help me with applying for an extension to my spouse visa. We started a company which our income came from and, unfortunately, we didn’t have the required 12 months’ of records. Long story short, Louis provided me with advice as to what visa to switch to and what information and documents to provide. It was still significant work to put everything together, as I did the application myself (as some years ago, I used to work as a lawyer), but with Louis’ clear advice and list of documents to provide, I received my new Visa within 3 months. Applying for a new Visa was a stressful situation, but it was always a good experience to deal with Louis. In addition to being a good lawyer, he is also a very nice person.

Jul 10,2024This is the second time we have used Louis at Truth Legal, this time for a spouse visa renewal, and both times he has been exactly what we needed. He was always patient, reassuring and professional, and perhaps most importantly persistent in the face of an often unreasonable home office! Highly recommend for immigration matters, Truth Legal are also much more reasonably priced compared with some bigger firms which simply hand you off to a junior advisor.

Jun 26,2024My visa application process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free thanks to Truth Legal, particularly Frances Ledbury. Frances was kind, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I felt like I had any questions about the visa she would offer to have a video call and answer all my queries patiently with great attention to detail. I opted for the full representation package, the highest-cost option, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Given the numerous documents I had to gather and the potential omissions I might have made on my own, there is no doubt that I will choose Truth Legal again when renewing my visa.
