Louis was very clear, professional, and patient with his advice helping my fiancé and me navigate the many complexities of applying for a UK partner visa (with a successful outcome!) I was let down by the firm as they did not take the appropriate and necessary steps for me until I lost out on the statutory limitation for the case. The firm informed me that they could not do anything for me, having kept my case for 3 years. Sep 22,2020I have contacted Truth Legal regarding my immigration case. I have explained my case to Rob Waugh on the phone first (couldn't meet due to pandemic). Unlike other solicitors, he patiently listened to me and asked me loads of questions to understand what was going on. He then confirmed that they can definitely help me. I then instructed Jennie Chau to deal with my matter. She explained the procedure to me fully and let me know what the next step would be. I have been informed of all the updates throughout. I'm happy with the communication by Jennie and she's done an amazing job preparing my covering letter. My application was successful and I'm glad I chose Jennie and Rob to deal with my matter. Sep 17,2020We have had such a complicated case with the family court involvement. With our past immigration history we just didn't think we could get anywhere but Louis from Truth Legal took the case and looked after our case with such honesty and devotion, it took the burden from our shoulder. So we went forward with the case and after the submission due to the pandemic it took some time but we finally got through and we are very grateful for his service that he provided and emotional support that he has given us throughout the way. Especially when we had to contact him so many times as well as by the family court judge and solicitor he never shown any frustration rather happily took it on board and dealt with them. We will have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him at any time to anybody that needs any immigration advice.
