Aug 25,2020Whilst we were disappointed that it is not possible to engage the service, Andrew Gray, was genuinely warm and sincere and Katherine was exceptional in trying to assist, we would fully recommend this Company, who show genuine care, and integrity for their clients, or even potential clients. This should not be unusual in the legal profession, but unfortunately it is, which makes them even more special!

Aug 20,2020Hi I instructed Louis MacWilliam to deal with a visa so that my mother in law could travel to the UK to visit her Daughter (my wife) and grandchildren. After 3 failed attempts I knew we were in for a fight! However with Louis’s expert assistance and guidance the whole process went through extremely smoothly and she got the Visa. She’s been with us now for a few weeks and the whole family couldn’t be happier. Thanks Louis and thanks Truth Legal, Even if the application had been refused I would have still left a 5 Star review because of his professionalism and attention to detail.

Jul 10,2020I decided to contact the Truth Legal team after reading some online reviews, which gave the impression of genuineness. Katherine returned my call after I initiated the contact a day earlier. Katherine is very patient and clear, explaining the process and answering all my questions in relation to the settlement agreement. I sent over the required information so that their team can have an initial review. Navya, the department head, contacted me a couple of days later, to understand and discuss my situation in more detail. Navya is very knowledgeable and provided me with some good advice and encouragement. While I was in discussion with my employer, there was a misunderstanding / oversight at Truth Legal which caused the delay in sending me the appropriate correspondence. However, this was acknowledged by Navya and promptly resolved that gave me the confidence to continue with them. Katherine then guided me through the settlement agreement and related process. She again showed her professionalism and well-organised manner, which provided some comforts during a challenging time. I was kept informed and updated throughout the communication with my employer, and the matter is now concluded. Both Katherine and Navya showed their passion and desire to support their clients, and they are very willing to share their experience and knowledge. Jul 09,2020Helen spent some time advising me on an existing claim. (With another company) She was really helpful with absolutly no pressure to use their services. I was impressed by her specialist knowledge relating to traffic accidents and would recommend that anyone who needs support in this area contact her. With many other organisations you are speaking to a clerk or para legal. Helen is an experienced solicitor.

She always strived to achieve the best outcome for me at all times, relaying any updates to me on a regular basis so that I had the correct information at all times. I had suffered a bad experience with my last employer, and she was always there to listen and give any advice and encouragement. I would recommend them to anyone, Katherine was always friendly, but remained professional throughout.
