Feb 03,2025If I could give no stars, this would be more accurate. I had a new member discount. Filled my basket using the discount but decided to wait until the next day to order. Basket was empty but appeared on my account as if I had purchased it. Emailed them but they didn't seem to understand the issue and said I couldn't use the discount as there was already 10% off the site. This was not true as I could have both 10%off site and the new code when I first did my basket. I ordered without the discount and they sent me the goods twice. I let them know. No apology, no thankyou for my honesty but they sent me in the post an envelope and a large stamp to cover postage. Took to post office and it was underpaid postage. I let Turmeric and Honey know and I offered to buy the goods off them with the included new member discount and another 10% discount for inconvenience (1 hour round trip to post office) and they have not replied. I sent again and am still waiting. I will post the goods back to them, paying the correct postage as I will not be accused of stealing, but will NEVER use them again. I am out of pocket for their mistake which they dealt with zero customer service. I have no confidence that they will process my order correctly in the future or deal with my issues in a professional and efficient way or send me the correct postage to return errors made by them.

Jan 29,2025I specifically emailed before ordering to ensure they had stock, they lied and said they did. Now they say they don't and it's on 'backorder' (I'm sure they didnt sell out in the 15 mins between their email and my order placement). I will update this review if the refund my money but I currently consider them to be running a scam. Avoid.

Jan 17,2025Ordered a specific type of thiamine from here to me in Spain, months ago. Customs stopped it and wanted approx the same amount of money as the order, for them to open it / potentially destroy it or send it on to me. Or to return to sender. I opted for it to be returned so I could be refunded. All the customer service email addresses I have bounce back as if I've been blocked (?) And on Instagram since 10 Jan I've been ignored despite being told they'd look into it immediately. I'm without my thiamine and without a refund. Really disappointing.

Jan 07,2025pay atention! Placed an order on december 2024 12th, waited nearly 3 weeks, emailed to check when the order would be arriving and had no response. I have sent messages on live chat and have not received any information yet. The phone number on their website is not working. They did refund but after a lot of insistence and messages.

Dec 12,2024Excellent service at a great price. We order 4 lots of 5 x 1.5kg bags of six seed Wessex Mill flour, so that's 20 bags of flour! Ordered on the 5th of December and a very well wrapped parcel just arrived on the 12th December. 7 days turnaround on a large order is excellent! Thank you.

Dec 11,2024You charge my credit card on 15 Nov 2024 as website stated items in stock. Then you message to say items are in fact out of stock. I replied asking to cancel the order and refund, as I had sourced elsewhere. Numerous emails and phone messages later and I am STILL waiting for my refund. This is appalling! Zero customer service. What on earth is going on?

Dec 10,2024Ghosted by Customer services. I ordered some Optimal Prenatal MF supplements, but managed to order the wrong kind, so emailed Turmeric and Honey to request a refund 3 days after ordering. I got absolutely no reply from them 2 weeks on. I have since sent several emails, and tried calling multiple times, leaving a voicemail, and have got no reply whatsoever. I don't understand what is going on, but I suspect I will receive a reply to this review with the empty promise of being contacted, but will hear nothing from them. If you are reading this Honey and Turmeric, please contact me so that I can return the supplements and get my refund for over £100.

Received an email from the post office saying they had an outstanding fee to be paid of £7, on delivery I found out it was the order from Turmeric & Honey that should have had free delivery as the order was over £50. Awful service and absolutely zero customer service.

Dec 07,2024ordered some supplements and they charged me for it, only for nothing to arrive. I checked my emails and they said they are out of stock but i still havent received a refund weeks later and the item still says in stock on their website. They have also not replied to my email asking for updates on the refund. Time wasters and feel like I have been scammed Order Ref: TH18475

Dec 02,2024Edit: I have realised what this company does now after discussing the issue with them. They stall and stall and then say its been too long so its too late, even though I have been waiting on a reply for a month. So thats £55 down the drain. Whoever is reading this I would not take the risk with ordering from this company. They have shown extremely poor communication, item missing due to being sent late (in three parts) and then stolen. Its just not worth it.... ........................................... My one order came in three parts which in itself is inconvenient. The last part was delivered a long time after I ordered it - it was left in a recycling box outside my property by Royal Mail and appears to have been stolen. No response or assistance from this company about this. So £50 down the drain.. I would not be happy to use this company again at this time.

I have emailed twice now asking when my refund will be completed and have still not received a reply or my money back .

Nov 27,2024I ordered more than 2 weeks ago, only a very small part of the order came. No tracking code received for the rest of the order and the company cannot be reached (no answer to email, chat, or contact form, and cannot be called). Edited: Another part of the order that were not delivered in the first batch has arrived after about 3 weeks. But there are still some products that have not arrived until now (more than 2 months), and the company cannot be reached. AVOID THE COMPANY!
