Aug 22,2021This was the first time I needed to call and it was just to change my email address because my email was hacked. I was hoping I didn’t miss any communication from Turnbull. Unfortunately I did and I apologize for not remembering the woman who helped with the alerts. She took care of one alert quickly. I just need to still receive the other alert that I need to return notarized. I was having a frustrating day on the phone with Verizon and this phone call was refreshing and helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful for this pleasant, accepting and helpful experience!
