It's going good but slow. I wish I didn't get so many letters from so many people bringing me to court. I love how you stand up for me though.

The person I spoke with was very kind and extremely helpful. I explained to her that I was having a difficult time that month. I sometimes make a lesser payment when the need arrives but this time I needed to skip my payment entirely for a couple weeks. Very understanding and a tremendous help for me! Thank You

I was understanding that you would negotiate and handle all the credit companies. I was sued by Capital One, had to go to court twice alone. I don’t feel the attorney was much help. And the negotiation amounts were lump sum payments. If I had that kind of money, I wouldn’t have needed your assistance. I have been pleased so far but this last incident was far from desirable.

I have tried numerous times to get into website. You say you'll send me a link with a password but I get none. My creditors are constantly calling especially capital one and discovery. If you've contacted them I am not aware.

Misleading.. they take their fees first.. They make you pay in advance without telling you.. giving the false impression that they are paying the debtors when they are not..

Thank you Turnbull Law Group! I'm so glad a friend of mine recommended you to me, how you helped her also. I appreciate how your staff listens, encourages, and fact checks. I appreciate when I didn't think I could continue paying a certain amount monthly you lowered my amount. I appreciate when I didn't have the funds for certain months. How I was able to continue paying it the next month. I appreciate how you always gave me a Review of were I was at in the Program. It feels good to Almost be Debt free. I will continue to encourage my friends to give you a Chance to resolve their Credit issues. Thanks again for helping me resolve mine.

I would not trust this program. At first I thought I was helping myself but turns out I could have done this myself. I had to follow up with representatives and attorneys often. There were settlement offers on table for a while just sitting there and not responded to. The fees would be reasonable if I wasn’t the one constantly following up on items. You can settle accounts yourself leaving Turnbull out and not having to pay these fees. I wish I knew better, I also wish I did more research rather than trust a company with my money and debt. We seek assistance to ease the program and efficiently try to save us money. It is sad to see how improper they handled my matters. Please do your own research and handle the negotiations yourself. These guys don’t care about you or anything about you. It’s just an organization trying to get your money as well. Their work is sloppy and inefficient. Go elsewhere .

To offer you the service, they call you immediately and are very prompt. However, once you sign the contract, there’s no follow-up—the communication becomes a real issue. They bombard you with emails but don’t provide any clear information or updates regarding the negotiation of your credit card debt. I’ve already paid several installments under the plan, and in less than a month, my credit score dropped by 108 points

I was using them to pay off credit debt. I came into some money and was able to pay off all or my cards except one. I had the money to pay it so called Trumbil. They said they were very close to settling with them and it would cheaper to let them continue to work it out. So I waited the two moths they asked me to wait, and called again. Same thing. Waited another two months. This time they told me my credit card had been sold to another company and I needed to wait until I heard from them and let Turnbull know who to speak to. I called the credit card company and found out that I had paid them off when I got my first settlement check and then realized I had instructed Turnbull to take them off the list of who was being paid. They hadn't done it and instead kept taking money out of my bank account for what they said was over a thousand and yet they were sitting on five thousand of my money and charging me a fee each month for doing so. The account had NOT been sold. It just said account not found because it was paid in full. Yet they sat on it still taking money out of my bank. I called Turnbull back and they are refunding my money but I've also told them I want the fee they were collecting to pay off a bill that didn't exist asking for that amount to be returned as well. I've used other companies in the past that were wonderful. This one is the pitts. People there have no idea what they are doing. Go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did. UPDATE. They called me and after talking to someone who finally knew what she was doing it was all worked out. I got my refund today. the thing is, they need to retrain the people who answer the phone as most of them don't know how to answer, and that needs to change. I should have had to wait several months to have this worked out.
