Sep 13,2020I had two differing experiences in the week of 9/7-11 with Turnbull. Fortunately, my conversation with Julie on Thursday, 9/10 was very helpful, thanks to her helpful attitude and her patience with answering all my questions. Thanks to her, I slept better that night, as I was confident that I had made the right decision in working with Turnbull. As for the earlier call with on Tuesday, 9/8, unfortunately Jessica was unable to help me, and her responses to my questions left me MORE worried. I ended up calling my consultant from Freedom Debt Relief to sort things out, and then followed up with the Thursday call with Julie. Where Jessica was less successful was in her responses to my questions. I was trying to explain to her that one of my creditors was aggressively calling, e-mailing, and texting me, and I needed to know what to do. Jessica, unfortunately, said that I should not refer the creditor to Turnbull. When she suggested that I could talk with one of the attorneys, and I said I would like to do that, she then said I would be wasting my time, because they would refer me back to the toll-free line. I felt trapped between an aggressive creditor and her lack of helpfulness, so I was MORE worried and stressed out AFTER the call, than before I had called. Thankfully, my experience with Julie on Thursday helped to resolve both my questions and concerns.
