Nov 11,2020When initially enrolling in this program I was at a point where I thought there were no other options. However, as time has progressed I realized what a bad decision this was. With all my accounts being settled they were settled anywhere from 45 to 51% of the actual debt. However, when you add the fees your total you owe Turnbull is almost the full amount of your beginning debt. Personally I would have done better negotiating with the creditors myself. Especially as time was going on the creditors were sending me settlement requests directly. That I should have accepted and then no fees from Turnbull. So think twice before you chose this option.

Nov 10,2020Everyone has been very helpful, professional and have so far done what they said they would do. It takes a little time and I started getting a little worried but when I received the first settlement email I breathed easier. I have full access to my account and can see what is happening to my money. Would like more communication but as long as they are doing what they said they would do, I will be happy. I never thought I would be one of those people that couldn't handle my CC debt but it is easy to let it get away from you, they have really helped take a load off my shoulders.

Nov 06,2020We signed up with Freedom Debt Relief in May. By November 6 settlements have been worked out with our creditors for much less than the amount owed. Everything is very transparent with the company and any questions are quickly answered. It was a great move for us to enroll in this plan to get us back on better financial grounds.
