Dec 20,2020I feel like from beginning to now all the rep's and the lawyer have been upfront and honest about what to expect, what they can and can't do, and how the program works. I have control over what offers they accept and I can talk to the lawyer at any time.

Dec 12,2020Turnbull Law Group never contacted my creditor, Bank of America (BOA), on my behalf when I signed with them to represent me and Bank of America has taken me to court. Additionally, they misrepresented themselves saying they were retained to act in my best interest when their lack of actions resulted in a court case. I was told by Turnbull representatives repeatedly that Bank of America decided to litigate in lieu of Turnbull’s negotiations. There were no negotiations and there wasn’t even any contact made on my behalf except Turnbull saying they sent one fax, never received confirmation it was received, and never requested verification it was received. For over 2 weeks and through a minimum of 8 Turnbull levels of staff, I requested the communications between the two and have verification I was lied to by representatives. Who does business like this and thinks it is acceptable to take 27% of a debt and not even make a phone call to my creditors? After accumulating 32K in debt from breast cancer, I decided experts were needed to help. I researched debt management companies deciding on Freedom Debt Relief who turns me over to Turnbull for debt management. Although I was somewhat surprised when the lowest of my debts was settled first, I made the mistake of not questioning it then. The assumption that my best interests would be well represented since Turnbull was retained as my attorney at the fee of 27% was an incorrect one. I was willing to pay that in exchange for peace of mind, a debt management plan, and being able to move on from what was the most challenging period of my life. After 4 weeks of speaking with every level of customer service, I have dozens of emails saying they find this acceptable because they settled my lowest debts. For me, litigation is not acceptable nor is being lied to by attorneys being paid to represent my interests. If anyone is interested in more of the details which would appall anyone with a business value - please contact me. BEWARE what you're getting into - Turnbull has harmed me and caused unnecessary stress, additional debt, and something else. My 24-year-old son happens to have his law internship at the Geauga County, Ohio court where Bank of America filed the suit against his mother – me. How embarrassing for him during the internship of his senior year of law school and me to have to explain the situation. No – Turnbull couldn’t have known this would occur but it did because they never contacted my creditor in a timely manner on my behalf. Blazine Monaco

Dec 09,2020Been in the program about 18 months now and Turnbull has successfully negotiated settlement on 4 or 5 of my 7 enrolled accounts. Each one was negotiated down to about half the original debt.

Dec 06,2020It was a huge decision to do a debt relief program but I was drowning in medical bills and I was struggling. I'm on disability so my funds are limited. I had a plan to pat off my debt then I got COVID-19 and was hospitalized so more medical bills. After talking with Freedom Debt Relief and Turnbull Law Group I felt at ease. I have been totally pleased with their process and feel this is the perfect decision for my situation.

Dec 06,2020I had no idea they would charge so much for resolving the debt. I am almost paying the same as they was supposed to negotiate down and most of the time you keep my balance at a 0 I wasn't told there would be a 10 dollar charge for sending out checks would not recommend
