My query was managed by Amanda in sales who gave immediate telephone advice and logged my call. She was outstanding in her customer care from start to finish; with efficient contact with the supplier, taking payment over the phone, confirmation of order, a follow up call and delivery exactly as promised on 24th July. 5 Stars for outstanding customer feedback.
