Apr 10,2025Direct from their website, "Lowest Prices... Guaranteed! We won't be beat on price! We'll match the product prices of key online and local competitors for immediately available products.". When I requested they match a price on a product ($130 at competitor, $230 at TWD), I was told they can't match it, and to return the device, at my own cost of shipping. Guaranteed!, I'll never shop with them again. Same exact product from a competitor for 40% less!!! That's why they won't price match!

Apr 28,2025I purchased a product online and emailed the company twice requesting cancellation before the item shipped. Despite my clear communication, the product was sent out anyway. Reaching a representative was extremely difficult, requiring multiple attempts and repeated phone tag. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, even though the company ignored my cancellation request. This is unacceptable, and I expect the company to take responsibility for this error.
