Nov 27,2022I bought software to progarm my Motorola CP200d. Paid $300 and got software that runs on Linux. This did not include the Windows version. My Linux machine crashed and now I can't run the software as my only remaining computer runs Windows. Got Vini to help me, but he gave me links that didn't work. Now I can't get anyone to help me. $600 for the radio and $300 for the software and I still can't do ANYTHING. What the heck?

Oct 25,2022Still have not received product ordered in July. Still have not gotten an update on my order. I can appreciate your response. I did know in advance of delays. I understand the supply and demand issues very well. My frustration came when the estimated time came for the delivery date I would have to reach out multiple times to get a response on where the order was sitting. More delays or shipped etc. It wasn't until the last communication I was presented with other options.

Oct 21,2022Liana is a top notch customer service rep. I ordered a replacement battery for my handheld radio with Liana’s help. The battery arrived on time however it was the wrong size due to a single digit error reading my model number. Liana very quickly had a return label sent via e-mail and the battery was returned, no questions asked. The correct battery was promptly sent and I was all set. Cannot thank Liana enough, TWD is lucky to have her. Will recommend TWD and Liana to all my hunting buddies when they need replacement batteries. Liana rocks!

Aug 24,2022Still waiting on batteries I ordered in may or june. They’ve been paid for and I was told they would arrive in a few weeks… then that they’d be here by the end of July. Still no batteries.

Aug 23,2022I placed an order for two replacement batteries for my Motorola CP200’s. As the original batteries were about 3 years old. The new batteries arrived, I installed them into the radios, placed them on the charger overnight. The next morning both chargers indicated fully charged (Green LED). One of the radios was completely dead. I recharged the batterie again. Still dead, I reinstalled the old batterie… radio works fine. I called the number on my receipt. Explained the issue (obviously an answering service). No return call, no text, no e-mail etc. absolutely no response. I then called another vendor, (Small World Paging). New OEM batteries are on their way from Small World. Still no response at all from Two Way Direct !!! Be warned.

Dec 14,2022"Working" with Aaron has been incredibly frustrating. Extremely slow in responding (days, not hours between responses) , and doesn't do what he tells me he is going to do. We've given up on using two way direct. RadioDepot.com has got much better prices, and their customer service is what you would expect, not the lack of that defines our experience with two way direct.
