The initial communications may have been a bit weird, but shipment was prompt, shipping time en route was very reasonable from CA to AR, the item is perfect for my needs, and the suggestion in your estimate was exactly what I needed the first time. Price was very competitive and reasonable.

Jul 12,2021The products and shipping are great. It would be much easier to order what I need, however, if I could look at the radio model I have and then search all compatible accessories at once. I had to sort through a lot of irrelevant items on the site to find what I needed, and it was still very hard to confirm the item was the correct accessory for my radio prior to ordering.
