Two Way Direct no longer had the 50th Anniversary version of the model I ordered. However, they notified me promptly then refunded my money once they knew I wasn't interested in the newest version. I would recommend them.
I broke part of my radio where I work and I was supposed to pay this very heavy fee to get it fixed. I went online and found Two Way Direct had the parts at a very comparable price and I could fix it myself. Instead of paying work $100, I was out $48. The parts work great!

Two way direct did great. They had the package shipped the next day. Couldn't be happier. Their choice of carrier on the other hand was frustrating. USPS never fails to drop the ball. I placed my order on the 13th and it's still lost in the ether. (Today is the 29th)

We ended up paying $45 for a single cable to program a device that was purchased. The price alone made this hard to justify and after the OK I pulled the trigger just to find out we needed to pay for ANOTHER item to program the device. At this point we decided to go with an easier option and got everything returned, except for this $45 cable. They actually refuse to take it back because it isn't defective. As another small business I can't help but feel this is the wrong move to make, daily we make decisions in the customers favor just to make sure we're meeting every need. In this case our needs weren't even attempted to be met, a simple "Nope, sorry" was all we got. Funnily enough, we spent $50 on the new device that came with all the cables and disks it needed. I'd recommend using another service, the only reason they aren't getting one star is because they called soon after the order was placed to make sure we were in touch. Great communication, abysmal customer service.

Still waiting for my ear piece. It’s been two weeks. Not sure how long it takes to ship
I ordered 5 belt clips on February 25th and they have yet to ship. I contact customer service and they say they’re not in stock yet I’m about to order them as if they are?! The prices are good but the availability of parts aren’t worth it.

After I order my ear piece online, I got a call from their customer service representative verifying I bought the right piece. She asked for my type of radio and paddle mic to make sure the ear pice would function correctly. Excellent follow through.

Ordered a replacement two-wire earpiece for the XPR7550 and the product arrived in a timely manner. It works very well and feels well made. Excited to use it in the field. Customer service was very helpful and nice helping my fix an address error on my end. Highly recommend! Great YouTube channel as well.

Apr 19,2021As with my last experience ordering from two way direct, it takes a LONG time to receive products after order. Email shows my item shipped on 04/12/21 & today is 04/19/21 & no product received & no follow-up email telling when it will be here. This receipt time is too long based on current industry standards from all other vendors. Two Way Direct needs to work on their delivery times. Also the tracking number does not connect to FedEx to check status easily, even though the tracking number is listed in blue, indicating a link to be able to check status.
