If you're not a big company, Two Way Direct won't give you the time of day. No one is ever online to help out, they can't be bothered to answer emails, and their customer service is just another middle man to write another ignored email to the incredibly lackluster team. They offer Overnight Shipping and can't actually provide it. Their wait times are ridiculous and you couldn't even get one of them to come online to explain the wait or cancel if you tried. Trust the bad reviews, go somewhere else.

Not really happy this go round. I place a order for earbuds on Jan. 17. It has been a week and they still have not been shipped. I called to get a status and was told I would get a callback as soon as possible. That was Friday. I still have not heard back from them. They have been good about getting back. I just bought the earpiece and it works pretty good. Somehow the earbud fell out and I cannot just stick the tube in my ear. I have a backup which I am using but I would like to use the one I bought. Don't know what the hang up is. I realized last Monday was a holiday but 5 days and it still has not been shipped! Not good customer service.
