Jun 19,2021I ordered 12 radios for the company i work with. The website showed the radios were in stock and ready to ship. After the credit card was charged, i received no further information. I checked back via phone call 3 days later to find out the item was backordered. The customer service agent, Beau, told me he would get back to me no later than the next business day to discuss the options available. 3 days later, i still had not received a phone call. I called again the following tuesday, and spoke to another CSR who told me he would look into the matter, contact Beau, and they would get back to me either than day, or the next morning. It is now friday, and still no response from the company. I called and spoke to a very nice CSR who tried to be helpful, but was unable to connect with Beau or the other CSR i spoke with. I ended up canceling the order and ordering the radios from another customer. Very unhappy with the customer service and the lack of communication. We will not be using this company for any further business.

No one is getting back to me with tracking information and unfortunately the job I ordered it for is today, so now I have to rent 4. This is a huge job and didn’t anticipate needing to spend another $300. Not sure how I’m supposed to use the headsets...

Contacted TWD for support. 2 days later I get a response that a 'specialist' will get hold of me. A week later, nothing. Have requested refund as I've ordered a replacement. Still NO response from TWD.
