No review First I ordered a mic and was told there was none in stock when when ordered your computer said you had stock. I guess that can happen. Second I ordered a charger and I can’t rate it because I haven’t seen it. Ain’t automation grand?
Two way direct is the best online site I’ve purchased from. I put an order and instead of letting it be and not contacting me they called me the next day and told me about the little situation they had, it turned out the specific order I had chose to purchase was not in stock with them that they would have to look for it else where, They told me not to worry that they will fix the issue. Later that day I had called back and they told me the issue had been fixed and that I would get my order on time and that’s exactly what happened my product made it on a timely manner and the product is awesome it works like a champ I couldn’t be more satisfied!.

Hi TwoWay You are awesome site to find everything related to aviation devices However I've encountered small problem in my order and your team were very helpful to assist me and cancel the order and refund me But unfortunately it is taking too much time to refund and I still haven't received till today So please you need to improve that part of refund procedures anyhow thank you and It was pleasure dealing with you. Update 1 : I've checked many time however I'll check again until the end of the week and inform you. Update 2 : Twoway team kept following the problem with me until it has been solved successfully and the issue was out of their hands it was banks transferring issue. Please use caution when ordering directly from Two Way Direct. I would personally try elsewhere and not recommend their services. Nearly a month ago I ordered from them, but my items never made it to my hands. Apparently someone from their team generated an invoice with an invalid tracking number so I was unable to track and receive my package and consequently the package has been missing. They have refused to take accountability for providing me with the invalid tracking number (Their error) and now I am out of $700! Pretty insane. I am an LEO and military vet...to that community I say watch out...Two Way Direct doesn't care.
The order was processed quickly! Given that Two Way Direct was not my original choice for radio accessories (antennas), they have proven with speed, great prices, and excellent product quality that this should be my first stop shop! Thanks!
Excellent customer service. One item wasn't compatible, I emailed a representative and the team responded immediately with a form, fed ex label and fed ex pick up assignment.
I'm hoping to update this review in the near future, but for now I'm going to give Two Way Direct one star for customer service. Unfortunately, my package was allegedly delivered and stolen from my front steps. Two Way Direct could have been a bit more diligent about their shipping process in order to prevent such a thing. I placed an order with them on a Sunday evening and received a follow-up email that same evening that my order was a success and was awaiting shipment. I finally received an update 5 days later that my order was shipped, providing me a tracking number that I found out to be invalid so I was unable to track my package so I could be present to accept it. Apparently, the package was delivered the next day after receiving their invalid tracking number and was left on my front steps without a signature...on Halloween Day of all days! Now I'm getting the run around from them. I've dealt with other companies after going through a similar situation in the past and those companies have either reimbursed me immediately or sent a replacement. I'm hoping for the best, but let's see how this plays out. Please use caution when ordering from them.
