Shipped fast and accurate. Only problem is that it is not loud enough. The regular earpiece is much louder.

I still have not received my radio battery..I ordered it over a month ago…didn’t hear anything for several weeks…was told it was delayed…wasn’t informed of this from the company…I had to ask..poor communication, poor service..

The product is fine, but they would not provide an order confirmation email or any shipping/tracking information. Communication with this company is severely lacking.
Lexi was my radio person. She was very very helpful and helped us find the right headphones for our needs. i will be ordering more radios from her soon.
You sent the wrong product
Canceled the order. Their website said the charger was in stock so I placed the order. After a couple weeks went by they tell me it is delayed (stuck on a Chinese container ship) and started with the lame excuses. Pfft

Both individuals have handled any deliveries, questions on repairs and tracking numbers for returns with intelligent customer service. They even made good when a radio was returned unprogrammed. Gina was quick to remedy the situation.
