After being sent the wrong headset it took over 6 phone calls on my end to get a return slip and I still don’t know if I will be receiving the correct headset that is shown on the website. I was told I would get phone calls back and only received one call back. Absolutely the worst customer service experience. Wow finally heard back from them 5 months later saying it was taken care of. Yes it was by me constantly calling them. Stay away from this company. Total joke!

Update: The company is asking for this to be removed claiming they don’t have an account for us. I have all the back up emails. If they remove it , I will post it again. They can’t keep doing their customers like this. Worst place ever. They don’t train the sales reps before they let them tell customers incorrect information which causes the customers to try and fix the issues. The managers don’t respond to emails, their customers service is terrible (non existent). Save yourself the headache and run 🏃♀️ from this place. I wish I could, but in 28 months when my contract is over I’M GONE. We changed banks and I asked Liam the sales rep how do I update my method of payments. He sent me a form and told me to return it. I competed it and returned it, then my bank had to replace my card so I resent the form letting them know the card number was the same just a different expiration date and 3 digit code. When I started getting emails saying we were behind and our service was going to turned off, I contacted Liam to find out the form he sent me was for the initial payment for the radios. That we had to contact Motorola to change our payment method. I asked him why he sent me the form when I told him I needed to change the payment information, he sent me an email that said sorry I was new. So that’s the customer problem that he was new and didn’t know what he is doing. Well it has turned into my problem because I’m still trying to get Motorola to update my account (no luck yet). We had to replace 1 battery within 2 weeks of having the radio, oh they would have possibly replaced it but I would had to ship the radio back for them to look at it then (at our expense) than pay for return shipping again at our expense for them to tell us if it’s the radio or battery. Well we just replaced the battery with a Motorola battery. We had to end up shipping the radio back after a month of receiving it for warranty work (at our expense) since the radio would come on but wasn’t able to use it. They received it May 3rd per my tracking number, but having heard a word that they have even received it. So we are paying for a radio that we can’t use and who knows when we will get it back, our sales rep Liam doesn’t communicate very well. I’m sure I will know it’s been fixed or replaced once I’m hit with shipping cost. It’s like let’s get that sale then the heck with the customers. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Again, run from this company.
Worst ever. We ordered a radio in a pinch to get through an event we were short on - now get marketed from yall constantly. Have emailed multiple times to and spoken on the phone multiple times to stop contacting me trying to sell me stuff. Even after MULTIPLE times of telling me they are removing us from all this spam - still getting contacted. I WILL NEVER buy anything from this company again. We will do without before we use your spammers again.
Buy 1 thing from this company and they will spam you with emails you can’t unsubscribe from. Product works as intended but the constant contact from the company is over the top and inescapable
My salesman was beyond helpful.
We purchased some radio and radio accessories a few months back to meet a need from this company (as they were the only ones that still had stock of the radios that we have throughout our organization.) Since that time I have been pounded constantly from Vini with emails, phone calls and messages to the point that I told him to stop contacting me which he acknowledged in a response back via email. But over the past three days I have been yet again pounded from email by Vini trying to check in on our needs. I’ve made it abundantly clear to him that we do not need anything and if we did, we would order when needed. But as of today I have blacklisted his company from our organization and refuse to allow any more purchases due to the spammer tactics they use as an organization .
Still have not received anything. Customer service keeps saying it was delivered. It was not.
The order took too long to arrive.
I never received my order. Its been months and there seems to be no one to contact that can help with this. The order number is 76192.
Two way direct has been outstanding to work with. Their team is provides timely, correct answers promptly. The products they sell are high quality and very easy to use.
