Feb 10,2025Haven't received my goods i paid a lot of money for being treated realy awful by VTOMAN customer service they can't even be bothered to find out any think I am very sick atmoment with worry because they have taken £749 out of my bank and have not received my one parcel the idiots who delivered it left it outside my gate on road side so when my wife and I returned box had 2 bricks in it in stead of a 2200 power station and all I get is we have just come back from Chinese new year will take three to five days to respond .my answer to that is you took the bloody money in Chinese new year .all I want now is my money back . Absolutely disgusting the way I am being treated

Feb 08,2025I got my product quickly and It looks great. I cant wait to try it out. It will be useful when I get the next power cut. I emailed customer service as I didn't get the £50 discount for my first time purchase. They got back to me but unable to give me it. I can use it next time but I don't know if I will need anything more for now.
