May 20,2024Having purchased the VTOMAN 1500w flash speed and 220w solar panels I was firstly impressed by the speed of delivery arriving only in 2-3 days. On unboxing the equipment the packaging was more than adequate in order to keep the units safe in transit. The power bank itself is a great size for my needs as is the 220w solar panels. I had toyed with the idea of 400w panels but after further reading decided they would be too large to transport I my van. The power bank is of great quality and seems very robust. I the top compartment are the leads for 240v mains 12v car charger and a couple of usb C cables. I have spent some time at home testing the unit and checking the draw on usage. I have used in the kitchen an air fryer, fan heater, induction cooker, rice cooker, blender, crockpot and toaster. Not all at once I have to say but with three sockets a mixture of them and have been very impressed with the unit’s performance. As some of the items are rated at 2000w the unit didn’t trip out on a high load indicating its 3000w surge is working great. Next I had it run my tv,laptop,charge my phone run a fan heater some lights a set of Bose speakers and a heated throw. The unit coped well with all this quite easily. Charging the unit from mains I ran the unit down to 20% then plugged in and was surprised to see that within 40 mins the unit was fully charged to 100%. Charging from solar on a good day with plenty of sunlight the unit took approximately 3.5 hours from 30% to full power. With 12v car charging I had done 2 runs of an hour and the unit was at 40% to start and at 70% after the two hours. All I all very impressed with the whole package and for my useage this unit is suitable for all my needs.

May 19,2024Just received jump 1500w power station plus extra power station with solar panels, saved £1150 in the sale 😀 Slept out for two nights to try it all out off grid and I’m well happy with the products, Carnt beat it chilling out in my camper van with my dog in bed watching a movie cheese toasty on the go with a milky coffee what more do you need Well happy thanks very much VTOMAN 👍

May 18,2024Power Station arrived in a few days, well packaged. The tracking details weren't emailed until the day it arrived but I was at home that day to take delivery. It was already 80% charged, I fully charged it and used it for powering a couple of items. Display is good and shows the power being used and both time/persentage remaining. I am pleased with the purchase, good value for money and good customer service. I have now ordered the jumper leads as these are an optional extra.

May 17,2024Well the flash speed 1548wh Vtoman delivers from ordering to delivery and to a 5 night camping trip. About 35 minutes to full charge as it arrived about 70% full and I used for several days about the house. I also purchased the 400w solar panel and it's great also...best to get the bundle with the solar panels than extra battery as I think it's the way to go. So...I turned it on at approx 3pm Friday had a fridge thermic type so fan constantly running,led lighting, air pump for beds sofa and four phones on charge etc . All ok until Sunday night at 9pm before it was at 2% as it became clouded and heavy rain. So I turned off the fridge and left off until 7am Sunday morning still raining and it got up to 30% with what sunlight was available. If I hadn't just used as much as I wanted and was a little bit more careful I reckon I could have avoided turning off the fridge. In short the Vtoman is fantastic. A compressor fridge would also definitely help. You won't regret it , just do it.

May 15,2024Ordered a package deal of power bank and solar power. Only solar panel has been delivered. Contacted customer services who sent me a snapshot of parcel force message stating package had been delivered but no reference to my name or address. Solar panel was actually delivered by yodel not parcel force. Contacted customer services a number of times to show me evidence of delivery but no response. There is not even a number I can call. So I’ve paid for something that has not been delivered to date with no help on trying to find the missing package.

May 13,2024Delivered very quickly and was well packaged, the box had some puncture marks on it but the powerbank was totally fine. 83% charge on arrival so topped it up to 100% now using it in the camper.

May 09,2024After mis-selling me the wrong solar panel with the power station (1500X), which blew my power station it took 4 days to initially reply and then a flurry of emails first saying it was my fault until I pointed your website had said I could use the solar panel...I've asked for a full refund and since then (3 days) no response, hence you are thieves.

Bought mine for both domestic back up power supply and taking away in my vintage VW Campervan. Have already used to power TV and Digibox whilst isolated from grid. Also used to power coffee machine on a number of occasions as a test run. Recharges as fast as they say. Very happy with my purchase.
