Nov 30,2024The site states that the Jump 2200 can charge at 400W and to 100% in 4hrs. But it only charges at 300W. It also states that when using the additional battery, there will be a seamless transition when the add-on battery is empty - but in reality the device being powered shuts down, and you have to restart the device and the Jump 2200. I have raised these issues and more with Vtoman, but my e-mails have not been replied to. I contacted their customer query section from their website, and they simply told me that the units can only charge at 220W from PV, but I never mentioned PV, I was talking about their AC adaptor charger. I explained this in a reply and have gotten no response. The units do not appear to do what the website claims. And the company doesn't seem to want to reply to my requests for help and advice. Edit - VTOMan have since been in touch to tell me that their website doesn't say the battery can charge in 4hrs, but says it will charge in 4-6hrs. I have replied with a screenshot showing their product table, which clearly states the 2200 will charge to full in 4hrs. They have also confirmed that the unit does shutdown after exhausting the add-on battery, and then has to be manually restarted. this is in direct contradiction of the instructions which state: "When the power of the extra battery is exhausted, it will automatically switch to the main battery to continue output, and the output will not be interrupted in the middle." They have offered no resolution whatsoever.

Nov 20,2024The half of my order that has arrived is great. But as regards the other half I've had no communication, and no response to my email. Instead I can look forward to wasting time on arguing, threats etc. Just why ? It's a good product, but this lack of comms feels bad. They've gone from 5 star to 1.

Oct 29,2024Very fast delivery from VTOMAN SHOP...SPOT ON 3RD DAY. STILL WAITING FOR A SUNNY DAY TO USE THE SOLAR CHARGER, SO USED THE MAINS..FULLY CHARGED IN UNDER 1 HOUR. POWERED MY 55" TV + the wifes 55" ( she's a SOAP ADDICT) no problems. MOVE MY VTOMAN TO THE ATTIC NOW TO POWER MY TOOLS. BEST THING I'VE BOUGHT FOR YEARS. REGARDS PHIL ..LIVERPOOL.

Oct 25,2024I would have given 5 stars but when i received my Unit it had a noisy fan which meant e-mails and a Video of the issue having to be sent to Vtoman Customer Care, And to be honest they were great, they sent me a returns label and had a replacement Unit sent out promptly. Of which seems to be running sweet. This is my fourth solar power station i also have a Swarey 500, An Allpowers Max Pro and an Anker and so far if I'm being honest i think i prefer the Vtoman. I will do a hands on review at a later date. Anyhow if thinking of purchasing a very well priced hi spec power station i would honestly look no further than Vtoman. Have a great off grid day folks 😉

Oct 23,2024I have two of their power stations 1500w living very rurally relying on solar and generators for power these are must, as like having a mobile phone today, not just for emergencie use but mobile power where ever you may need it, stables. Worksop.or in the home, or in the garden will be adding more when funds allow top bit of kit

Oct 15,2024Purchasing was easy, but having paid for the product (Flashspeed 1500) it was irritating to receive an email saying I'd not get it for another month or so. Then weirdly it arrived in days, unexpectedly. Anyway, I'm very pleased with it - it was well packaged & easy to set up. All in all, highly recommended.

I recommend it to all customers in my store. And this is not an advertisement. This is the truth. It is known that sometimes something breaks down for someone. But I am sure that the product is worth the money. THANK YOU VTOMAN!!!

Dec 02,2024Well packaged good looking product,well Built. works well for my needs, good range of output sockets charges better from wall socket, charging from 12v in the car gets very hot so needs to be observed for safety! Overall very pleased with it!
