Well i got a bigger battery because I needed one. Not used it yet to the full extent but so far so good. I think it will be just right.

Although the power station that was sent didn’t work, the replacement was made in an acceptable time and communications with the company were timely and efficient.

As with similar reviews I sent my faulty unit back after a purchase from eBay, it didn’t even last 6 months. They took the unit back, promising an replacement, and have now gone totally silent. Even if you ignore the poor customer service, the quality of the product seems poor. I’m not quite sure how the official store isn’t associated with the ‘official’ eBay store, but I’m hoping I can save someone some hassle and money with this review, unless someone reaches out to fix this problem. Update - I followed up as requested to the email address provided. Still total silence. I have now contacted citizens advice and have started the process of pursuing legal action to try and get my money back.

Fast delivery, tracking could be better but was delivered in a couple of days from order so no problems. Very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Fully charged and ready if needed in the event of a power failure.

WE BOUGHT IT FOR USE IN OUR CAMPERVAN, WE HADNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE VAN WHEN WE HAD A POWERCUT IN THE HOUSE IT WAS DARK BUT I WAS ABLE TO PRESS THE LIGHT ON THE BACK TO LIGHT SOME CANDLES AND PLUG SOME LAMPS IN, FOUND IT VERY USEFUL IN THAT SITUATION WE HAVE WE HAVE SINCE USED IT IN THE VAN IN REPLACEMENT FOR OUR BROKEN INVERTER, SO NOW IT POWERS ALL OUR SOCKETS TOO,

The product seams well made but until I use it on a regular basis I cannot comment on the reliability. The delivery came in three separate deliveries and communication was somewhat lacking, so I was left in the dark as to what was where. VTOMAN need to sort their logistics out.

i bought a 1000 from ebay in Aug 23 wasn't holding charge sent email and got picked up for exchange and they have not set any replacement or replied to any of my messages since DEC 23?not happy worst service ever,i want them removed from ebay and am underway doing so? send contact an email on 13/01/25.

So disappointed as I looked at all other different products and chose to go with VTOMAN 2200 plus the 1500 extended battery through Amazon as it was on a special offer. I had to wait for a week and the delivery company kept giving time for delivery then not turning up, simply awful. Finally, I had the delivery today and guess what, I have the spare battery but not the main unit! Extended battery without the main unit is absolutely useless. Tried to contact Amazon to get this resolved but been told I need to contact VTOMAN and there is no phone number so had to e-mail them and then wait for them to come back to me in a few days. How frustrating and disappointing as I was so excited to receive my bundle and start using them. Spent £800 and now have something which is useless without the Power station. Have contacted the company but been told they will get back to me by Thursday or Friday if I am lucky! Simply not good enough and now I see a few people are having similar issues it does not fill me with confidence at all.
