Dec 20,2024So far we have tested the unit and it powers everything we need in our camper for off grid living. We need to see how it does on a long trip charging it from the vehicle and solar panels to get a proper idea of its merits. The jump lead attachment could have been added to the accessories pack as it is named 'Jump'.

Dec 18,2024I ordered a Christmas sale Bundle FlashSpeed 1500+1548Wh Extra Battery+400W Solar Panel. They quickly sent the Battery Free gift 12v Battery charger and Flash Speed 1500 but no sign of the 400W Solar Panel. There is no customer number to call and sent 4 emails to them without a reply so not even sure if they are going through! I ordered similar product from Anker as well and although the mixed shipment information was poor at least I could have answers via email and phone support within a matter of hours and I know what is happening!

Dec 09,2024Delivery only took a few days and was well packaged. On opening the boxing all looked and felt quality and well made. It was approx 80% charged and went to 100% very quickly. It's only been used to test a few items because it was purchased for caravan holidays and if we have power cuts. I'm thinking of the extra battery already.

I received the Power Station but after many emails I have still not received the Solar Panel or any reply from this company as to when or even if I will ever receive the 220w Solar Panel. The customer care & communication has not just been terrible but non existent.
