Aug 10,2024Purchased the flash speed 1500 for my short camping breaks. powers my electric blanket ( I like to be warm) runs my electric kettle ( I like my cups of tea, especially first thing in the morning ) Powers my lighting, charges my phone and go-pro batteries all effortlessly. I can get 3 days usage out of it before it needs a recharge, which is perfect for my long weekends. should I start to require more power, the option of solar panels or a add on battery, doubling the capacity is brilliant. Cannot fault the quality of this piece of kit at a lot less cost than other makes. Hope it serves me well for a number of years.

Aug 06,2024When I ordered My Vtoman in late June/early July I was told that stock wouldn't be available until November which was a great disappointment. So, I was delighted to receive an email saying that my order was to be delivered within two weeks, and it was. I have not yet used it in my camper but I have tried it on all my electric appliances in the kitchen and the 2200 has coped with everything. It also powers all my garden and power tools so no more extension leads out to the shed. I don't know how but it also re charged the battery on my cordless drill which I thought was dead but I hadn't got round to throwing away. 5 stars from me.

Aug 03,2024An excellent product together with the solar panel. Game changer on my camping trip. Delivery was way quicker than I was told. I would leave 5 stars had the communication been a bit quicker. Don’t let this put you off though. This is a fantastic product for the price.

Jul 26,2024I bought the 2200 jump and extra battery. It failed to charge after just 3 weeks. I wish I'd come to trust pilot 1st because the customer service is awful. Sent a email (the only contact available) 5 days ago. Recieved one back almost immediately asking what was i doing?? Sent a video and info as requested ....and completely nothing for 5 days now. Have handed over to my c.c company to pursue a full refund. Shocking company avoid them Edit amazing they can try defend themselves on here but not offer any support for faulty goods. 8th day and they want to replace the 2200 with a new one....but there out of stock til November. Sorry I want a full refund considering I only had it 18 days and for the extra battery which is useless without the 2200. How can you expect me to trust it again? And if you read other reviews on vtoman.com on here you'll see it's a recurring problem. Please don't reply to this on here , I find it quite insulting that you do , whilst your conning company don't respond. Join the Facebook vtoman group if you want to see more of there appalling failed units and dissapointed customers Edit Still waiting for a replacement unit. No communication still.no refund and they are refusing to refund on extra battery even though it's useless without a master unit. These lot are crooks Update they have now had both back for 3 weeks but have not refunded a penny even though the cc reversed the charge back to them. Now in the hands of paypal dispute team. This company is crooked sells inferior faulty products with the morals of a snake. If it was based in Europe it would of been prosecuted. Avoid them totaly

Jul 24,2024I ordered the 2200 power unit. It got delivered but did not work. Screen shows full power but no output whatsoever. Contacted vtoman who asked for us to send a video showing the unit was dead. We sent the video and have heard nothing since. I have now opened a dispute case with PayPal to obtain a refund. If you are purchasing a power unit I would certainly consider other brands like jackery or similar as based on my experience the goods are of poor quality and the customer service is of a similar poor quality. I will pursue this case legally if I have to as they have sold and delivered faulty goods and appear not to be refunding our payment

Jul 23,2024My advice is to stay clear of this company. The aftersales is so poor, it is probably the worst after sales. I have had two generators returned and the second has not been replaced, although it has been sent back. I am not getting any of my emails answered and it is as if the company has just disappeared. They have no UK repairers, so will be an issue after the warranty expires and I would advice you spend your money elsewhere on a more reliable company. I am currently seeking a full refund via my bank.

Jul 20,2024No notification on website to say the item I ordered was out of stock. Took customer service 4 days to get back to me when I enquired about my order 6 days after I placed it. Then with no notice it showed up at my door!!!! Really poor!!! Product OK, inverter generates too much heat, not efficient; not had a chance to test it properly yet

Bought unit spare battery and 400w solar panel £1400 worth of equipment first time I plugged solar panel in to charge battery it charged 2% from 48% to 50% then stopped charging on hottest day of year uk in full sunlight it stuck in socket consequently pulling it out snapped the plug in side battery rendering solar charge useless no repo se from Facebook message emails or anything else

Jul 20,2024Hi The Vtoman has given me piece of mind knowing that I have a backup system to get me through any troubled times ahead. I bought two , and made a rig with dual axis for one panel 400watt. Which is in full sun all through the day, and a 220 pro for trips etc. Very pleased with panels and the 1500 units. Very good quality. Excellent Mr William Crowell.

Jul 12,2024Don't be fooled by by their website. They will intentionally place pre-sale on all the items and only leave one item without pre-sale. When you place the order; they will then send you a message saying sorry, it would be delivered in November. This is a scam AND dubious means of marketing. DON'T BE FOOLED. I am requesting for refund and these guys are ignoring my emails. This is totally unacceptable. I am reporting you guys to MASTERCARD and UK Authorities. ** UPDATE *** The Merchant sent an email to apologize after l requested for chargeback. And l can confirm that the merchant has sent the product to me. Next time please be sincere and candid with customers to avoid bad ratings. I am waiting to test the product and then l will update my review from 3 to 5 ⭐️ UPDATE 28 SEPT, 2024: I have officially received the product in my country. And l really love the packaging. Very solid and it looks quality. The box came in intact with no issues. I will start using it and then l will post update again.
