I would just like a refund as it was brought as needed now not in 6 to 8 weeks or when ever you a actually have it in stock. That's nothing more then fraudulent misrepresentation knowing you cannot meet them time lines. Edit You have the same blanket response to everyone but I have noticed you have finally updated the website to pre order with is something, unfortunately it's to late and unless I receive the product in the next 7 days or you refund me in that time I'll be raising the complaint to MasterCard and UK authorities for the fraudulent advertising and seeking damages for the work I'm missing out on by your actions

Jul 12,2024I have now escalated my PayPal case to a claim due to no response from the ‘non existent’ customer service. I’ll keep updating how I get on but if you’ve payed through PayPal it maybe a good idea to do the same thing, The more of us that open a claim the better! They’re quick to respond when they want your money but won’t respond once they got it, when you do get a response they give you a fake delivery days and just continue to ignore you from then on. Someone called ‘Vivi’ will reply to you on here but you never get an actual reply or email about your personal case even though they say they will. This is so they look more ‘trustworthy’ on trust pilot. Worst experience for purchasing a product in my life!! 😂 If you haven’t ordered don’t be a fool like me and order take your money elsewhere 🙌🏼 it’s worth paying the prices of Jackery or Anker, I’ve had to do this as I required this power station for a up and coming trip which I know full well the VTOMAN one won’t be here before then as there’s none in the UK and that’s if it ever was actually going to show up.

Jul 02,2024Having posted a negative review on 23rd June, and having contacted Vtoman numerous times, they finally emailed me directly to state that they would forward a return label and refund me for the item I don't want. Notwithstanding that it's now over a week later and I've emailed them yet again for updates, nothing has arrived and yet again they appear to be dodging my emails! I've threatened to take the matter to Paypal for refund and consumer rights to open a case against them - BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK UNTIL REVIEWS ARE UNIFORMLY POSITIVE!

Jun 15,2024I tried to contact you multiple times after I found I could not sign into my account, I found that your company has many negative reviews on trustpilot so I wanted to cancel my order but was unable to. After I left a review on trustpilot you offered me a mystery coupon which I was unable to claim as I still could not contact you no matter which method I tried. If I have a problem with my purchase I will be unable to contact you to resolve the matter so I will have wasted my hard earned money. You did not even know that I had made a purchase as you repeatedly sent me messages to come back and buy. I wish I had not fallen for the youtube influencers who were given your product for free. DO not be fooled by these scammers they have not been in contact with me and I still can not contact them or sign into my account so I have no chance of a warranty claim if this power generator has a fault I have opened a case with paypal and hope they can sort something out, if not I will try the credit card company. They still send me regular emails asking me to buy from them so they still do not acknowledge my purchase.

Jun 04,2024Great product, Flash1500 with 400W panels at a reasonable cost. Used it when off grid in my Swift Campervan to recharge the internal Leisure Batteries as the Swift Solar panel could not keep up. Great to have as piece of mind or if you need 240V in the middle of nowhere.

May 22,2024I Can't get a reply through email/ Social Media Platforms and no phone number on the official site and seems the only reply you can get is on here so... My first experience with 'VTOMAN.uk' and has been extremely negative so far. I ordered x2 Batteries & Panels a week ago to only find out my package was being held at 'Parcelforce' Nottingham due to 2 batteries being packed together which is against their policy and is a danger to the courier. VTOMAN.UK has to get in touch with them to resolve as won't move forward and this equipment was needed for work this weekend (Photographer/ Videographer) so left in a very awkward situation when a company will not reply to 5 emails sent and messages sent on social media only be ignored. I don't care how it gets here but I need this equipment here by Friday at the latest. I look forward to your response VTOMAN.UK
