Jun 10,2020I never had an issue with them during the 18month period of working with them. Always paid on time and, if I needed any advice, there was always someone to talk to. Also, they provide great benefits. I’m gonna miss the discount for the cinema as I used that a lot. However, given COVID-19, I guess I won’t be going to the movies anytime soon. I would use them again as they made took over all the complicated aspects of working as an agency member of staff. I would recommend them to anyone going agency.

The staff members are knowledgeable, helpful and polite. If, in the future I required an accountancy service. I would re-engage with Umbrella.

Jun 03,2020AT ANY TIME I MAY HAVE NEED TO CONTACT UMBRELLA, WHOMEVER ANSWERS THE CALL IS ALWAYS POLITE AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HAS ALWAYS RESOLVED MY QUERIES, IF NOT AT THE POINT OF THE CALL, I HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED THE FOLLOOW UP CALL WITHOUT THE NEED FOR ME TO CHASE. WHICH IS SOMETHING OF A REARETY THESE DAYS SO CREDIT MUST BE PAID TO THOSE DESERVING OF IT. Apr 25,2020I have received superb service from Umbrella.co.uk. I am new to the world of temporary assignments and did not really know where to go. I was given a list of 5 companies to contact and was advised that I should see who could offer me the best deal. I spoke with Dexter Dyer, one of the directors when I telephoned Umbrella.co.uk and he took me through everything step by step as to what it would mean to be with them. I came off the phone so at ease and feeling settled that even though another company would have given me more take home pay, the first class personal service that I received from Dexter that was informative, warm and caring did it for me and I actually told the other company this. In addition throughout the assignments that I have had the Customer Service Team have been amazing, especially Liz Dunlop, who answers my queries so promptly and Suzi Kinsella. I am due to start my next assignment and I will be choosing Umbrella.co.uk without any doubt.

Very easy onboarding process, extremely friendly and responsive staff. I found the pay rate to be quite good too. All in all, great experience. Mar 10,2020I have continued to get really excellent and impressive service from the Umbrella Company since I joined them 9 months ago. Timely payments, excellent accounting systems, excellent and timely communication with phonecalls being answered immediately by a person- and not by a machine! Excellent listening skills from staff followed by immediate problem solving without any hassle but with mountains of patience! I contacted Umbrella Company by phone due to a misunderstanding arising in my bank and was very impressed when I explained my dilemma to Mr Adam Connell (Customer Services Manager). Right from the start of the conversation Mr Connell was very understanding, supportive, extremely helpful, patient and I immediately got the feeling that he genuinely was listening and was keen to resolve the matter and that he cared too. I recommend this company to anyone wanting an excellent service.

Any problems with pay slips P45 , whenever I've had I just need to email or call and it's all resolved or I'm guided what to do next? I used to always speak to or email Daisy, lovley lady, and now it's Ciara who has been very helpful, prompt replies. Mar 03,2020Having never worked with an umbrella company before, I did not know what to expect and was somewhat unaware of how they operated. However, having had umbrella.co.uk recommended to me (always a good sign!) and having now worked with them, I was very pleased to discover that any queries I had were always dealt with quickly, efficiently, professionally and sometimes beyond the call of duty in an always friendly manner! I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in using them again should the opportunity arise and would readily recommend them to anyone I know seeking an umbrella company to use.

It was my first time using an umbrella company and I have no regrets as Umbrella provided a brilliant efficient service and have a long lived process of working with contractors as employees and most importantly always making payments on time Umbrella as a company are top of their game! During my contract period we worked well together. I had a lot of questions which were always welcomed by the most friendliest team I have met. They were always available to answer questions and provide useful information on payments whilst guiding me through the umbrella process. It’s been a good story to tell and if you read my review and use Umbrella you have joined a well known reputable Umbrella company - there will be no regrets.
