I love dealing with this company, everybody's so friendly and helpful, their warranties are legit.
Please don't use them. They will reply to this review saying, 'give me your policy and claim number...we'll look into it'. Its a scam. I stayed on hold forever before they took a ton of info trying to find reasons to void a claim.. finally we get to the part where they send a return label and collect their $75 deductible with no assurance they can fix or replace or refund any amount of my money. Will use a reputable company from here out.
I purchased the watch at Samsung online. To get the receipt from an email to pdf was an extreme pain. Allow other formats for uploading the receipt
Upsie makes checking the warranty status a bit hard because of all the advertising on its homepage. Once you find it, filing a claim is somewhat straightforward, if unpleasant. I tried filing a claim by email twice but never got a call back, only once I called did I manage to file a claim. The claim filing process took about 10 minutes, about three quarters of which was spent on hold. I was told that I will get a response in 24-48 business hours. Once I got off the phone, I did not receive a confirmation email.
I had questions before purchasing the warranty coverage and Upsie support replied quickly. Purchasing was easy. Love that there’s a dashboard for all my covered products and that they’re easy to cancel if I ever get rid of something. Thanks!!
Super easy to purchase and upload my receipt. I haven’t had to use the service yet thankfully. But here’s to hoping I never have to. If I do, I sure hope it’s as easy as it was to buy.
So far it’s been a week with no tv. No tv repair shop in my city will repair Sony. The service center number Upsie gave me to call doesn’t work. Still I would assume if no one can fix it I would recive some sort of reimbursement. No word yet.
I recently purchased a new smartphone and an Upsie warranty. I was surprised to find that phone warranties have gone to a subscription model. I emailed and got an almost immediate response, which was very nice. Didn't fix the subscription issue, but I did appreciate the prompt response.
I bought a warranty for my cell phone which I purchased with T-Mobile and originally I purchased there warranty and there’s was double what upsie charges. So I cancelled and went with upsie. Easy to do and saves you money!

My Eufy x8 Robovac started getting goofy, so I called Eufy and they promptly shipped me a new one and emailed me a return label for the swap. I then realized that since I no longer have that serial# I thought I would cancel the policy. Upsie was happy to comply, however they asked some really smart questions, I told them what happened and they picked up the warranty on the new Eufy. I was thrilled how attenuative Upsie was with me. I didn't want to cancel, and Upsie had the answer. Its all good and I'm a happy Upsie customer with several warranties.
