Feb 24,2022I went ahead, purchased warranty on my refrigerator and uploaded the purchase receipt. In couple days it was reviewed and the warranty was approved and my card was charged. After 2 months, I received an email saying that they cannot provide warranty because, I purchased warranty after 11 months. That should have been checked when I uploaded the receipt and not after 2 months later. Need to assess the process and let the consumer know right away.

Feb 24,2022I love Upsie! I am a returning customer and love the warranties through them. They are substantially less expensive than the big box warranties and are exactly the same! The check out process is seamless and guides you every step of the way. I only wish the website worked outside of the country so that I could check my warranties when abroad. I will continue to refer all my friends and families to Upsie when buying new products!

Feb 24,2022I just switched 2 lines from AT&T to TMobile. I chose Upsie as my warranty provider due to pricing and word of mouth. Although it's too soon to say anything about the protections, I can absolutely share an incredibly helpful customer service representative (Zoe) who walked me through a series of concerns I had. She was amazing. Kind, patient and helpful. In the 20 minutes I spoke with her, she constantly reassured me that my concerns would be answered and resolved. If for no other reason, I recommend Upsie simply based on my first impression. Great job Zoe~
