So far it was easy to sign up. I didnt have my receipt customer service got back to me immediately. Hope if I need to use it it is this easy.

I had my first interaction over the phone the other day and it went great. It was fast and painless. I didn't have to go through 15 prompts just to talk to someone that I didn't have to struggle to understand. That was very important to me. I have dealt with squaretrade for years and the customer is equivalent to Tmobile's cell coverage. The warranty service is great but the road to get there is hell... hopefully if I ever have an issue with Upsie, their warranty service matches their customer service.
I haven't needed to use the warranty yet but the process of purchasing it and the cost was excellant.

Haven't filed any claims yet, hopefully I won't have too. I purchased Oculus console coverage and was unsure about the controllers. So I purchased separate coverage for the controllers. I received an email from Upsie explaining that I did not need to do so if they were the ones that came with the console. I feel like they could have looked the other way, and kept the money from the coverage I did not need. But, instead they reached out to me to verify, and initiated the refund soon after my reply. So I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.
So easy, affordable and great to have all my warranties in one place instead of hunting around all my drawers for receipts.

Seems like a great idea for the cost, but beware. I jumped through all of the hoops to fill out the application which is more than is needed. Why would they need a FedEx tracking number? Ok I'll play along until I finished paying and noticed what I consider to be bad faith dealing on Upsie's part. The "warranty" was supposed to be for two years. But it is two years MINUS the time that had lapsed since I received the phone. What? Why are they advertising a two year warranty? This slight of hand isn't revealed until after you pay. I immediately canceled the fraudulent contract, but still haven't received a refund. Beware
Called a few times each time was excellent and very helpful. Didn't know that kind of customer service still existed. Hopefully, the company will do the same if and when I have a claim.
