I got an email that said "thanks for your order" and I would be getting another email with a receipt and an "activate your protection button" I didn't. Then I would get another email with instructions on "how to use your warranty." I didn't. All I know is that they are thankful for my order.

Did not get a warranty with upsie as they told me they could not warranty my new smartwatch from ebay as new. Took out a warranty with All-State with no problems. You lost a customer here. Screw me once shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me.
I'll rate the sign up process and value a 5. But the claim process if needed will have to wait. Hopefully it'll be the same

UPSIE has very good prices for a warranty company . I had a problem with signing up (my fault) but was quickly fixed by Gwen .R at Upsie support. I hope I have no issue with the Sony ,but if I dew I know I'm in good hands
While I cannot speak for upsie what I can share is my interactions. Got a audio reciever in Dec and in Jan got the upsie warranty that was easy to set up. Now flash forward 30 days later and I just got notification my warranty Service is now being provided by Bankers Warranty Group. I looked this company up and the reviews are appalling to say the least. I never ever would have signed up for an upsie warranty if I had know they were going to toss my warranty coverage over to one of the worst servicer providers out there…Per my understanding and through the Upsie website I was purchasing an Upsie warranty. I would never have moved forward with the warranty purchase if I knew it was just going to handed over to a 1 star rated other Service provider so be weary before you move forward with Upsie…Feel shammed.
Online service to start a contract was easy. Uploading receipt, no issues. Put 4 stars for now, if I really have to experience a problem to fix my Tablet, then for sure we will see how the service is then Thanks

I have been using Upsie for several years now and they always have the best prices. I haven't had to use the warranties yet but I know they are there when I do need them.
Because I accidentally entered information incorrectly, my plan was cancelled instead of the agent asking questions. This is ridiculous.

Feb 24,2022I am very grateful to Upsie for having such great customer service.I purchased my first Smartphone and needed to have a warranty on it.I had no idea how to send over the necessary documents needed.I emailed my concerns and Customer Service got back to me very quickly.Zoe explained in simple terms where to find the information needed and offered to talk me through the process if I needed her help.Who does that anymore.I have my iPad with Upsie but thankfully I have not needed to use it but I feel secure in knowing they will be there to help me.I am a Senior and with that comes a learning curve with all this technology.I will not hesitate to call on them for any future needs.I feel confident in recommending them to my friends.I would like to add their prices are excellent for the coverage you get.
