Very easy process if you have all of the required information. Prices are kept low by requiring a bit more info than other warranties, but that is just to keep out fraud, which keeps prices low for everyone else. Very clean website and plenty of information to ensure you know what you are getting. People complain about some of their policies, like only covering new smart phones, and beginning coverage on the delivery date, but again, this is to prevent fraud and keep prices low for everyone. Overall, strongly recommended over other warranties, including the biggest one (not a circle:-), which I've used for years. But not anymore.

took me 4 days to sign up wanted tracking number, who saves tracking numbers wanted receipt, which I did not have because it was pu3rchased online from AT&T. Think the process could have been easier, if you had a form to download and fill out. thank you

The Upsie team was very helpful to enable me to purchase extended care coverage for a replacement device when Google would not accommodate purchase of their preferred care after the purchase window had expired from my original purchase date (I had not yet received the phone stolen in transit). The team at Upsie helped me combine records to confirm my new device and it was done with dispatch. Excellent support!

I needed help with signing up, customer service was EXCELLENT! Kept me posted throughout the process. Problem was entirely me, tech-challenged! I haven't had to use the warranty so far and hope I never do but it's so nice to know it's there!

Very easy process to sign up, and the prices and coverage are the best of all companies I researched. I feel great knowing my iPad is protected from all kinds of accidents, spills, drops, etc. Thanks Upsie!
