Feb 02,2022I had recently dropped my iPhone 11 in the river, I did not have insurance, because I’m always so careful (ha ha). I decided to purchase a refurbished iPhone from Apple. I still did not want to pay $20.00 pr month for insurance. So I found out about Upsie and called them. I got a discount for being a new customer, my warranty for two years coverage was $134.99. There is a $75.00 deductible. I figure if I make a claim, it will only cost me $8.75 per month, this includes the deductible! This is a $270.00 savings😁

Jan 30,2022For all the glowing things about fairness of the company, they are very shady and elusive when it comes to the length of the policies themselves. They advertise 5-year policies, but the policy actually begins from the date of purchase, not 5 years from when the manufacturer's warranty ends - so it's actually a 4 year policy. Soooo slimy!!!!

Jan 29,2022A much better value than apple care. I did the 3 year plan for my MacBook Pro. It also covers some thing Apple Care doesn't. HOPEFULLY I won't have to use it.

On my recent puchase, I had the need to correspond with the Customer Service Department. I am very pleased at the quick response and assistance provided for my questions and goals. I definitely feel confident should I need to make a claim on one of my policies.
