Jan 28,2022Sign up process was easy. I had several questions about my laptop since it was a replacement of the original. They were prompt in answering all of my questions. the most important feature of any extended warranty company is how well they respond when making a claim. Haven't done that yet so i can't speak to it.

Jan 27,2022I received a promotional email from Upsie. I had just bought a new laptop and had gotten a good machine at a fair price. The extended warranty was 1/3 the price of the laptop which I found obnoxious. I checked out Upsie and I saved half the cost of the store warranty. The enrollment process was simple and straight forward.and the price was great.

Jan 26,2022I keep getting e-mails - well you will not allow me to send you the e-mail address to confirm or not it is you. It was from a Bank Group.??? with documents they want me to download saying "Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for purchasing an Upsie Protection Plan. Bankers Warranty Group is proud to be the service provider for your plan. Your plans terms and conditions are attached. If you ever need information about your plan, terms & conditions or just want to reach out, we are here 24/7. We look forward to seeing you back in the near future. The BWG Service Team Please do not reply to this email as this email mailbox is not monitored. " In this time of spam and viruses being sent, I do not download anything that I do not know who there are and this e-mail address does not say it is from you. This is a very poor way of sending out documents. Most companies give a link on their web address so we know that the info is real and not a virus. If this is you please correct. If this is a spammer or scammer or ransom ware company, how did they get my e-mail address. If this is you , please send to my mailing address. I do not download files sent in such a poor manner.
