So far I am satisfied, however I have not experienced the claim process as of yet. I originally was signed up with SquareTrade but when I saw a better deal offered on Upsie I switched (lower price and lower deductible for my S21). The SquareTrade web interface and customer service was terrible. I was never sure that I was really covered. Their web interface never showed my specific phone info and it indicated that I needed to upload a receipt for my phone purchase even though I already did. Their customer service claimed I was covered regardless of what the web interface showed, but I was always skeptical. The Upsie user experience on the web site has been much better than SquareTrade. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I cannot provide any feedback with the processing of a claim, and I feel that is really the most important metric for evaluating an insurance policy.
The Upsie site told me exactly where to find the information to set up the insurance. They made it easy.
Not sure the warranty was processed or not as Upsie requested info that was unavailable. Other than that, Upsie did fine.
Great program! We now have coverage for several appliances, and yes, it is indeed a whole lot less expensive! Seems to be a great company! Only complaint is the constant emails! I was able to change the frequency on the website, however.

I found the warranty purchase to be quick and easy. Hopefully I won't need it, but nice to have in case I do.
Everything was easy and simple. All done online and it all worked out. I hope I never have to use this warranty but it provides peace of mind if I should need the coverage. I will provide a review on the claim service if I should ever need to file a claim.

There were a couple of things that I couldn’t control and I’m not sure if I got the best deal. The first issue had nothing to do with Upsie other then I was needing an extension on the 20% discount because Best Buy screwed up my order ( out of my control) by the time I got my Sony TV I had been in discussions with staff. I made the mistake of checking the box on what I paid instead of the list price. I excepted the higher charge but I don’t know exactly what I paid? I’m concerned that I didn’t get the 20% discount and the warranty price is actually as much as Best Buy’s price or higher
I was Initially told that the 5 year warranty would start after the end of the manufacturer’s warranty. It wasn’t until After I paid, that I found out your warranty started immediately. I was misled.

There’s a 31 day waiting period that doesn’t let you make a claim at all, that’s mentioned literally no where and Upsie likes to brag that there’s no hidden terms anywhere.

Upsie was very reasonably priced and we even got an added discount because of a holiday sale. We hope to never need the warranty, but it's always good to protect your investment.
