Jan 17,2022I bought an internet modem (Netgear CM2000) from Amazon and did not buy those warranty. Instead I decided to try an Upside warranty. Buying was easy. I will update or submit a second review if I ever have to use the warranty.

Jan 17,2022My husband & I got tired of wearing headphones & earbuds that don't work, so we decided to invest in 2 pair of PowerBeat Pros, and 2 pair of PowerBeats. We've had incredibly positive experiences with Upsie, so we bought our extended warranties there. However, we're in the middle of a very busy season, so I made some mistakes when entering all the details for each pair. Gwen from Upsie took the time to make a beautifully organized list of each pair, the cost of each, thus the cost of each warranty. And rather than blaming me for my mistakes, she apologized for the lengthy & complicated email! She did my work for me - and did it beautifully and with such kindness. Our son, who works in IT support & service, was so impressed, as I was. The high level of care and competency by the Upsie Team is one of the main reasons we keep coming back!

Jan 16,2022I'm unable to give Upsie a 5-star review for the simple fact that I've never had to request coverage for a damaged or inoperable item for which I have purchased an Upsie warranty. That is perhaps the most important criteria of all, and yet it's something on which I have no basis to assign a rating. But, in the meantime, Upsie charges a reasonable amount for the length and the extent of coverage that it provides. Also, the Upsie website is clear, straightforward, easy to understand and navigate, and it provides a central hub where you can see and track all the Upsie warranties in your account. It also allows you to initiate claim and upload pertinent documents, etc. So, at this point, I feel comfortable in giving Upsie a "very good" rating. Eventually, after I need to make a claim on a covered item, I hope and expect to be able to assign a 5-star rating to Upsie.
