After a terrible experience buying a Laptop from a seller on Amazon, I found "VAL-U-COMPUTERS". I have received excellent after sales service from a gentleman called "Kurtis" at Val-u-computers, who went above and beyond to help me on the phone with a software issue. With this company, you get to speak to real people in real time on the phone, and not via countless emails. I recommend these guys to anyone wanting to purchase a Laptop, they even guarantee all their Refurbished Laptops for "12 MONTHS" that cost over £200.

My laptop was delivered I think about a week after I ordered it, which was fine. I had to install the Bullguard security software that I had ordered with it. At first I could not download the file from the Bullguard web site, but I switched from the default Safari browser to Internet Explorer and then it worked. I haven't had time to start using the laptop yet, as I bought a new car about the same time and had to learn about all the complicated features that my old car didn't have.

Always doubt when buying online, can't feel this, can't see that, etc, same here, so, I liked the price so what the hell,, easy site, easy payment. Delivery was fast and the packaging was supurb and I mean SUPERB.! Got laptop running, came with backup disc too, and for a refurb, not a mark on it. Couldn't be happier. This is how online shopping should be. Thanks 5⭐

The Laptop which I had purchased arrived on Wednesday, I discovered on Friday that one of the two USB ports was damaged and not working. I rang Val u computers on Saturday and left a message I have had no reply yet. I sent an email Monday morning and have had no reply. I only have 14 days to get a refund and unless Val u computers replies I will be stuck with a faulty laptop. I can report now that Val u computers quickly replaced the faulty laptop with a laptop I am very pleased with and they paid for shipping both ways. I can recommend Val u computers. Tom

I Purchased Dell laptop E6540 and I was really delighted to see the condition of the laptop. It looked new. Very good service from Val u computers. Laptop arrived the following morning (delivery tracking also excellent). Excellent condition, some unwanted applications that were dated 2015 removed and replaced but works perfectly. So fresh to be able to replace a "late" laptop with a laptop running Windows 7 instead of the terrible Windows 10...

Delivery very quick - some functions did not work Laptop in working order for my needs. Wifi not working DVD/CD Drive did not work Not aware of the company making me aware of this. I did not use back to base warranty for these features as I do not need them.
