looks and performs like a new laptop . rang customer services as i thought it had Bluetooth but after going through specs with them it didn't but they sent me a Bluetooth dongle anyway. really impressed with every aspect of their service from ordering to condition of laptop, packaging and customer services dept. highly recommended

Received laptop. Delighted with it. However no backup disks/manuals provided. contacted 27/3 and reply made same day to say they would be sent out same day. Now 7/4 and still waiting to receive. Don't mind things going wrong so much but how things are rectified. Update 16/4/18. Discs now received. All well in the world

The computer arrived in good time and appears to be first class in every respect - given that it is not new. They even left some programs which are most useful on the system. I would buy from them again.

I have recently bought a Refurbished Laptop from Val-U-Computers and so far I am very impressed with it, it's in excellent condition one blemish on the top that you will never see, and you could always cover it up with a laptop sticker, it works perfectly and the one I have is more powerful that my last desktop PC. I have had to do a lot of updates but that's Windows for you. Never thought about refurbished computers until someone recommended it, now I will buy them from Val-U-Computers from now on.

Bought Dell lattitude laptop with windows 7 for my wife. Excellent condition, after sales service is the best ever. Had a small problem with camera, They arranged collection/ repair/ return, at no charge. A credit to an incredible company. If you value service and quality, this is the company to use. BRILL.

Initially excellent response to question regarding provision of HDMI adaptor cable. Was promised adaptor when computer shipped. When it didin't arrive the missed item was promptly shipped. Well done. BUT request for missing recovery media (sent twice) has so far resulted in apology but no sign of item. So sorry, only 4 stars. The missing recovery disc has now arrived - so it's up to nearly 5 stars.

Excellent customer services. I accidentally paid twice for a computer and within a matter of hours Val-U-Computers telephoned me to tell me and to correct the order. They immediately refunded the amount without question. The computer arrived securely and is in very good condition, exactly as described and working superbly. I would highly recommend this company. For value for money and customer services they are second to none.
