Dec 31,2023Awful experience. Very difficult returns process after getting issues with a pod system. You have to upload videos. Which you cant do on an email. Was told to create a YouTube short and send it them. That's very strange. Also, the company director Anthony Stuart laughed at my issue/review on facebook. That's very unprofessional. So somehow I've got to do a YouTube short or something like that to even start my returns. Been vaping 7 years and never had difficulties with returns until I met this company.

Dec 30,2023I was looking for a specfic coil which seems to be in short supply. Vaping 101 came up as a possible seller. Not only found the coil but incredibly competitive pricing on all the other products I use. Not quite the cheapest but after taking P&P into the equation it was so close as to not make any difference. Service was top notch too! Only let down by Royal Mail which frankly is not unusual of recent

Dec 30,2023Ordered freemax Maxus 2 kit from 101, excellent service was here within the 48hr tracked which was good for pre Xmas order, had a bit of trouble with pre-instalked coil but soon fixed with a strip back and rebuild,also ordered strawberry cheesecake eliquid by DK not bad if a little chemically, also had vanilla sky by serendipity ok but could have been stronger will let that steep. Can't fault 101 as a vape retailer though

Spoke to a representative who was definitely lacking in customer service skills and said it was my fault for not ‘clearing my cookies’

Dec 23,2023Fantastic customer service, I messaged several times with questions and got fast very friendly replies, a few of my questions may have been a bit stupid but at no point did the person I was talking to talk down to me or make me feel bad for asking. The person I spoke to also saved me from buying from a site that is being run by someone who doesn't comply with UK law and even gave me links to show me that the individual in question that runs the site had been prosecuted for doing this in the past, which I am extremely grateful for as if the person is willing to break the law in one way to make money then who knows what other laws they may be willing to break for instance involving my personal information or payment details, so I really can't thank vaping 101 and the person I spoke to enough. On the actual purchasing side of things, the site is very nicely set up, easy to navigate and well laid out, they seem to have everything I could need and more and at a very good price too. Postage was extremely fast, I ordered on the 22nd of December fully expecting not to get my item until January due to Christmas post but by 11am the next day my package was at my door even with it being a Saturday. When my local vape store closed down I was quite upset and worried as I had been going there for years but I'm not worried anymore, I can't think of a single way in which my experience could have been improved and have already made my next order with them which will most definitely not be my last. So long story short for anyone skimming through reviews, if you've found the vaping 101 site and you're after fantastic service, amazing staff, outstanding prices and an over all enjoyable and trustworthy experience then look no further, these are 100% recommended and as a bonus If you're looking for reviews on vaping products they also have a YouTube channel which is very informative and helpful. My thanks to the whole Vaping 101 team

Dec 23,2023Purchased a PUREMAX SXMINI from Vaping101, I am very happy about my purchase, most website did not have this in stock, as it had only just been released. I was very surprised when I was able to purchase one and dispatch was fast! The product itself was authentic and one of my favourite vape devices today! It produces a nice clean taste and looks great!! The pods seem to last a very long time (Very happy and surprised)!!! Definitely worth it for the price range!! Battery last me almost a day on full power with the 0.6 pod, but this will vary depending on how much you actually vape!

I got the Blackcurrant Mango and Watermelon Kiwi, after I have had a taste of Sweet Grape which the Team at Vaping 101 offered me. All the flavours are awesome, I can’t get enough of it. I want to also get the Blue Raspberry Lemon. Vaping101 is the best vape shop both online and offline. The website is easy to navigate and filter, and the staff are very warm, they make every customer feel welcome.

I'd like to see better postage though, I buy from vapeclub & they offer free 24hr Royal Mail postage even deliver on a Saturday at no extra cost.
