Oct 09,2023Ordered a new mod, highlighted to customer support as the fire button was sticking, requested videos which I provided, added additional people onto the email thread but then went radio silent. Has been around 3 weeks since requesting support with no resolution, hopefully customer service will catch up with the automated emails. Other than the mod issue, the rest of it is good, much lighter than its predecessor. Theres a knack to removing the battery cover, once you get this, you're good to go. Added following crossed wires comment, yes I did this, I was guided on how to share through Google drive, my response was we've added additional people to the thread as they couldn't view the video as there was a problem. Then nothing.

Oct 06,2023Amazing experience, ordered 3 or 4 times recently and each time has been great, one of my orders they mistakenly gave me 2 wrong variations of the flavours I ordered but quickly rectified the issue after an email was sent, awesome customer service, awesome prices, wouldn't go anywhere else!
