Im writing this because I was using their app and I noticed they have 5.0 star average for reviews on every single product. I kept looking and was blown away. I looked at over 30 items of all different types and brands and they all had perfect 5 stars from every reviewer.. just a little sketchy if you ask me but whatever. The actual website has different reviews listed for their products, not sure why. Anyway it's not a terrible vape store and as long as there running a sale, which they do constantly, it's worth it. Just don't trust in the reviews if you use the app!!!!!

After my purchased, they told me it was out of stock a few days later. I would rather have their site telling me it is out of stock before hand. Second thing is they offer to send me a replacement for the out of stock. Which is a disposable tank. Little did I know 3 of the tanks that I tried are all leaking, and couldn't hold the juice properly. I proceed to tell them about the situation and they just never reply me after.

Started doing business with Vapor DNA because Element Vape really ticked me off over a return. I hadn't had the product longer than a couple of weeks and they made it impossible to do a return or to swap out what I ordered. I've spent hundreds of dollars with them and refuse to do business with Element anymore. Vapor DNA got my Sense Orbit and nic salt to me fast and without any problems. To me that's having great integrity as a business. I'll be placing my orders with Vapor DNA from now on. Thanks you guys!!

Shipped zero nic then claimed it was what I ordered. Who buys zero nic?? I see why they were having sales now. The thing is.. they acted like too bad.. want to jump through major hoops and let us ding you with a 15 percent restock fee?? ..on a 20 dollar purchase?? Nah.. lesson learned. I’ll get my vape some where else. And as for this bottle. .. I’ll give it out as a white elephant gift or something. It’s just bad customer service. .. or were you just trying to GET RID OF THE CRAP NOONE WAS BUYING?? Deuces. Best to you. You won’t get me again.

Great site. Read the shipping policy I you expect fast delivery. They state processing time is 24-72 hours which it does take. So don't give them bad reviews for not doing your buyer research. I do wish they had faster shipping and processing but happy to wait if I get authentic products and full filled order as expected. There are many sites that will take your money and show in stock items and then tell you it's back ordered and then your lucky to get your order. At least with Vapor DNA you will get your order when they tell you even though it does take a bit longer.. with full order tracking. Thanks Vapor DNA now try and figure out a way to speed up your shipping process and you will be even better.

This is a trustworthy site if you have no time expectations for your order and no real expectations on customer service. I have made 2 orders here with in a week in the last month. Each time I was horrified by the time it took for these items to get in a box and out the door. The first package with 2 day shipping took over a week to arrive The second one just shipped so now I can be truthful. It took another week with 3 days to box it and 2 days to ship. With the first package I reached out to their customer service to be ignored for 3 days. Glad I ordered the next day from another site. I paid ground shipping on that site and the package arrived 4 days earlier. Use other sites if you have any expectations for shipping time as you can expect a week plus for 2 day delivery at 11+ dollars. Save your money go else where. The second package will be here Friday. I’m glad this is over I will be ordering now on from the place I placed my second order from And after they shop my new zenith pro tomorrow it will be sitting on my porch right next to my vapor DNA order I put in on the 1st. Thanks for nothing VaporDNA! Oh and the response that it can take up to 3 days to ship normally is ridiculous but I guess 3 days to put it in a box and 2 days for the actual shipping is expedited shipping in California!

I've used them four times now and everything that was shipped showed up as promised. I knocked off two stars because they take FOREVER to ship items. They take 3-4 days to "process" an order. I chose two day shipping for one of my orders, but it took 4 days for them to "fulfill" the order before the two day shipping took affect. So, reliable products, but expect 1.5/2 weeks to get your order, even if you live one state away as I do. Knocked another star off since they don't update their website and you often click on things only to find they are out of stock. I was shopping for a tank and 90% of the options I clicked on weren't available. I got frustrated and ordered from another site. They need to work on their UI. Overall, I will go there if desperate for a particular juice or part, but I am looking for another go-to spot for weekly orders.

There is no customer service! I have tried to contact CS by email twice with no response. They have cleverly listed so called sites where you can get a contact number that does not seem to exist. You can click on the address which actually takes you to the Amazon website. I have had it! All I wanted was my order. Now I am forced to contact my bank and have the charge removed. The order was placed on 09/23/2019 and paid that day. I will never use this vendor again I don't have time to chase down orders once placed. I would recommend that no one else makes my mistake. However, I seriously doubt that this review will ever be seen by any one other that Vapordna.

Tried getting in touch with customer service about a bad batch of juice. Instead of being given a refund, or straight up told there aren't refunds, the customer service rep insinuated my taste buds were the problem. Yeah won't be buying from here again.

I actually had a problem with VaporDNA when I placed an order and it wasn't shipping. I contacted several times over a week and a half and every time the same jerk responded with the same pasted in reply that didnt really respond to my inquiry. I was about to write this site off forever but I wrote one last email and was lucky enough to have a different agent answer it. She solved the problem but the way she solved it made me a lifetime customer. Now, everytime I order I remind them all that they owe the order to the work of the good agent. I've referred a bunch of friends here and they all rave about the service so they must have gotten rid of the jerk.
