Amazing Store Online I Received My Products Very Very Fast And Efficient They Were Sent Within 2 Days And The Products Were Unopened/Untouched In Perfect Condition I Will Be Purchasing From Vapor DNA Again They Are Very Reliable Trust My Word You Will Get Your Products No Problem I Did I Don't Understand Why Their Are Bad Reviews On This Business I Believe It's The Competition Stores Making These Reviews To Be Completely Honest In My Opinion If You Are Seeing That You Have A Product That Says Label Created Their Mail Carrier Picked The Items Up And They Did Not Get Scanned In By USPS Due To Covid-19 Because Their Staff Is Understaffed And Cannot Get To All Of The Packages Being Shipped Contact USPS If You Are Having Issues With Product Shipping Trust Me You'll Get Your Products You Ordered USPS Customer Service Will Help You As Long As You Can Provide A Tracking Number So Don't Stress Especially During This Time

I was concerned after a week post order that my order had not been processed, so i emailed vapedna with my concerns and they responded within a day advising me that the colour i ordered was out of stock, they offerd another colour in stock and said they would process my order as soon as possible, i requested that they upgrade me from the nunchuku I model i ordered to the nunchuku II as a compromise for delays and so i could have the colour i wanted, i received no further reply but received a notification via email that my order was processed and a week later received an email from oz post with my tracking number, later that week my parcel arrived and i was estatic to find that they had updraged me to the more expensive version of the nunchuku vape kit ... You just have to be patient with vape dna processing orders, keep in mind my order was made during the covid-19 pandemic so it may have taken longer then usual anyway, vape dna were quick to respond and acommidating, people are impatient when waiting for there new toys which is why i think this trust pilot profile is riddled with bad reviews about scams, if your worried just relax :) I wrote a haiku about vape dna to express myself.... Dear vape DNA Scams or not, you deliverd My vape is rainbow 👌

Multiple TERRIBLE experiences. Sad to say...because I used to really enjoy ordering from VaporDNA :( #1 : In August 2019 I placed an order and when it finally got to me one of my vape juices was a 3mg instead of the 6mg which was on my order. So I reached out to customer support & after going back and forth via multiple emails, I was finally told they would mail me the correct one after I provided them a picture of the incorrect product and then they would also mail me a envelope so I could mail them back that incorrect 3mg bottle of juice. It was so much back and forth emailing for over a week wasting time & effort, I should have just kept the juice and cut my losses! #2 : Just in the past couple weeks I thought I'd give it another go. I got my package....one of my juices was a 3mg instead of a 6mg. FML. This time though, customer support offers me store credit (uh no thanks...I will NOT be ordering from you again) OR ...A 20% REFUND OF THAT PRODUCT. 🙄 Today I got a deposit in my bank account for $3.24. I just feel like that is taking advantage of your customers. I am not the one who made the mistake (either time!) it was the company...so why am I paying out of MY pocket?? Especially during these times when $ is tight for everyone. I guess I'll chalk it up to VaporDNA needs the $ more than I do.

I previously purchased my vape supplies from a shop in town and did some online ordering through a couple different companies, trying them on for size. My home town shops are limited on what they carry so I've decided to move completely online. I had to cancel an order with another company on 5/7 after seeing my order was still not fulfilled after 7 days. They told me it could take 21 DAYS! No Thank you. I get it, we are in a pandemic, I expect a delay. But really, that seems ridiculous? I placed my order through VaporDNA that same day. I recieved my juices today, 4 days after I placed my order. Plus it was $10 cheaper than the place I originally ordered from. VaporDNA will have my business from here on out!!!

Totaly regret not reading the reviews first. This company is bad with communication. I get it the pandemic has affected this site but inform your customers other than sending the same reply to any inquiry about our order that we spent our own money on! Such a shame. They will send you the same message if you try to contact them.

They are a legit website, my experience with them is just meh. I ordered from them Sunday, shipped out Tuesday and I got it this Tuesday ( 1 week later ) shipping delays in California with corona are KILLER right now, haha but I still received by package so that’s good. I was kinda disappointed because the coils I bought came in their box but the box wasn’t even closed was completely opened, not sealed or shut, just wide open (we took pics) And the box of the eliquid was banged up but that I’m sure was from shipping. So they’re a legit website, but if you need your stuff immediately I’d try from eliquid.com because shipping seems a bit faster during COVID right now.

After reading some bad reviews I was skeptical to place an order. But I went ahead and did it anyways hoping for the best and boy am I oh so pleased! I was prepared to wait a little longer than 3 days which was fine I waited 5/6. I also paid half as much as I usually pay thro other websites. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again:)

So recently I purchased a vape from vapordna and it arrived on time. However when I opened my package proceeding on to the product packaging it self it was already opened. After opening further more my vape was missing parts which were included in the vape description as said that would be there, even a slot was cut out for the missing part. Considering vapordna has no phone number for customer service I had to wait the very next day to get help, I was asked to Send pictures for proof which was understandable but yet had to wait another 24 hours to get feed back on if I was going to be helped. They offered me only a 20 percent refund of my transaction total for a quality part that cost way more. Then I had to wait 48 hours just for the refund which had to be used only as store credit. 14 dollars ! Yeah I just wanted the missing parts which i implied but was never option for them. unhelpful and false description.

Customer service sucks at this company I ordered from this company for the first and last time I kept it simple bottle of Ejuice and coils I order tfv12 6 it doesn’t fit my tank I asked if I could return for the right coils I would pay shipping they didn’t hesitate to say no they didn’t try to help me in anyway I will never do business with this company again and coils are not consumable

I ordered from VaporDNA fo the first time about a week ago. I opted for the 2 day shipping to find out later they take 3 days to process. I wish I could say that was the least of my problems with them. Today is the day the order is finally scheduled to arrive. I tracked the shipping to find out my order was cancelled by the sender. Do you think they still charged me? Yep sure did and there is no phone number to call. All I can do know is dispute the charges with the bank which takes more of my time. This is my short review. My longer view will be filed with the BBB. If you like giving away money and getting nothing for it these guys are for you! Update: The product arrived today so I'm please to write this update. As you can see above the communication is just a bit sloppy. I was advised the original tracking number that they send the customer is cancelled the next day and updated the following day. The problem is the customer only receives the tracking number stating it's been cancelled by the sender which is very frustrating. This is what I based my above review on. In conclusion, the company does send the product as promised, but the process is very confusing.

order 2 packages 4 days ago and already received one. I almost didn't order from the consistent people complaining but with the state of the world how it is i expected delays. but everything was very punctual and nothing damaged. thanks vapordna

They give the same generic answer every time about the 24 to 72 hr shipping. I'm surprised you still have customers after all the bad reviews about shipping and customer service. Lesson learned always read the review first!

I used to love this website until I had an issue with them and realized they DO NOT care about customers. My first issue was I purchased a mod that stopped working the same day and they expect you to jump through hoops to try to return. I never got mine replaced. My second problem I mod I purchased from them exploded! It was extremely scary and my fiancé got burnt really bad, oh and it almost burnt my house down. I threw the vape away because it was garbage so I could not provide videos. I did send the pictures that I had. Did anything happen with that issue? No! I stopped shopping threw them for a long time. Recently I gave them a second chance which was a huge mistake. I purchased 2 sets of batteries z the first set only showed 1 battery had a charge and worked. They both showed charge on charger so I know it wasn’t dead. The second set does not work at all. They had me send them a video of the Set that only shows one battery working. I don’t know why they even had me do this because then they said they don’t return batteries. After several messages and frustration they said they will replace one battery. Now for the other set I have to send another video. This is all time consuming and frustrating. I recommend to be careful when shopping with them.

This company is trash I ordered a box of coils from them on 4/9 and selected expedited shipping got an email on 4/11 a SATURDAY!! That my order was in pre shipping. The package was shipped priority mail witch through USPS takes 1-3 business day but they claim that it’s 3-5 days. Apparently there special lol. From what I can tell they just nickel and dime people for shipping cost get people to pay extra and then just ship it through regularly mail which is why it takes so long. One by one this company will loss business until they disappear completely. They will be doing everybody a favor. Worst service ever! Also ordered something from myvaporstore.com on the same day as VaporDNA and my order from them was here 4/13 And that was also shipped priority mail.

Took over two weeks to get one bottle of vape juice in California to me in Idaho (2 states away). I’ll never order anything from vapordna again, just support your local shops. I emailed the support team, and they just said to allow them 72 hours to process my order. At that point it had been well over 72 hours since I had placed my order. First and last time for me

Well like other reviews it’s been about a week since I ordered some coils and some juice. Today I just got an email stating that they’re sold out of the juice. So I asked for a refund. No response. So I think it’s probably safe to say I’ll get the coils in a couple weeks at the pace this is going. So yeah....

Well it's my fault for not reading reviews before I ordered. It's been 7 days and my order hasn't even freaking shipped yet. Vapor DNA has the worst shipping of any company I've ever seen. I will quit vaping before I'd order from them again..I got a reply from them if that's what you want to call it..again I will not use them ever again...
