Ordered on 1 April. Went into Preshipment/label created on 4 April. Today is 10 April, still says "Preshipment" and nothing arrived with the USPS carrier today. I emailed them on Tuesday about the "Preshipment" status not changing, Miguel replied "The post office just didn't scan it" to which I replied "Even if they didn't scan it at pick up, it would have gotten scanned in at one of the other stops" to which he replied, "this same thing has happened before just wait for 5 business after shipping". Well, that sounds to me like they have a outbound shipping problem that is not on the USPS, but they are just trying to shift blame. In the meantime, I have enough juice to fill my tank one more time, and until they process a refund, I don't really have the spare cash to buy more juice until they refund my money.
The amount of time they take to ship anything is ridiculous. They say it takes 24-72 hours to process payment but take it out of your bank account at the time of purchase. I've been waiting for 4 days for my order to ship. Even pre-corona they were slow, typically 3 days before it shipped. I will never order from them again, even if they are a dollar or so cheaper than other sites. Buyer beware, their customer service is a joke as well.
If I could give the 0-stars I would. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and 9 days later still have not received my order. They will not credit me the shipping and tell me that it's not there fault it's FedEx's. Also was told that is how they do things.....I will be refusing the order IF it ever gets here and reversing the charges. Will never order from them again. Below is there standard bs answer so they can charge more for 2 day shipping. I refused the order today....lets see if I receive my credit due me. Stay tuned.

I paid 2 day shipping for a vape and it has taken a whole week to get to me. It’s ridiculous that i paid extra for 2 day shipping when I could have just paid regular shipping for the same amount of time. Don’t waste your money. Choose a different site.
people really feel like their vape stuff in important LOL its not baby cheeks i ordered my stuff monday and received it on saturday also paying the pocket change of 10 bucks or something for 2 day shipping. People need to chill its just vape

We're in the middle of a pandemic, yet MANY businesses are still operating as usual with no delays. However, if a business is not, it is beyond understandable at this time. VaporDNA does not make any notice visible on their website that they have been affected. I had to reach out to customer service on the 31st after never getting a confirmation email for my order placed on the 30th. I also paid an additional fee to have my shipping expedited to 2 Day. I was then informed several hours after sending my email that shipping is normally processed in 24-72 hours but may be delayed because of the situation. I very politely suggested that information be displayed on their site for consumers to be aware of then. On 4/1 I receive an email that my order has been shipped, expected delivery is Saturday 4/4. By my calculations that is not 2 day shipping but whatever just send me my coils. At 6:47pm 4/1 I get an email saying my order can't be shipped because I used a PO Box with FedEx. I provide the correct address and am told that it is noted in their shipping policy, that I apparently agreed to, that a PO Box cannot be used. I am then sent another email asking to confirm how I'd like to proceed. Is this a sick joke? They won't overnight this for me, they won't refund the shipping charge, but my stuff won't be shipping until at least tomorrow (4/3) and was again ordered on 3/30 with extra paid for quicker shipping. Extremely poor operations and customer service and I will NOT be ordering here again.
Vapor DNA is trash right now because of COVID, which is somewhat understandable. But if u want to feel completely disrespected as a customer this is the place to go. I ordered a vape and paid for the cheapest shipping option of $12.99 expedited shipping and didn’t get a tracking number until 5 days later, and am not expected to get it for another 2 days. I asked for my shipping money back multiple times and I keep getting the same automated responses. I sent an email asking to speak to a real person and not get an automated response and I was ignored. I get the coronavirus stuff, but if u can’t follow through on your promises than u need to shut down. Expedited shipping means next day, not a week later.
They sent me 2 bottles of juice. Both had been opened and one leaked into the box. They would not replace them for me. I'll never shpp there again.
Payed for two say shipping but took 8 days. Tracking kept bumping up a day. all of their delays considered, still not the time promised.
The processing time is 72 h , they are not in a rush to do anything if you getting coils or juice you gonna wait long time to get it Will never order anything from here
Don't bother with their 2 day shipping promotion. It takes them 2+ days to ship anyway you are still left waiting a week at best. If you are in no hurry order with the free shipping. If you need supplies sooner than a week, go to another vendor. These guys have the longest out shipment time I have ever seen, rendering their 2 day free shipping over 59 dollars useless. I've gotten free shipping faster from other California vendors. Their reply still doesn't account for how other companies process orders in a single day on average. Again I stick to my point that their 2 day shipment promotion is pointless due to lack of punctuality.

I had ordered some liquid I've been wanting to try with some coils for my boost and you cancelled my order next day. Ridiculous. Yeah, yeah , I know, "the flavor ban". What kind of vapers are you to not support the vaping community? Bad enough we have to put up with all the false, misinformed media, now I can't buy juice? So there's your rating.
