used 3 times cuz they used to have Milkman. First order the item was damaged, fine, it happens, but they put me thru the wringer for weeks just to get a refund( and I was happy if they just re shipped) Plus it takes them forever to ship and their answer is basically" we don't even look at your order for 3 days, 72 hours) 2nd time ( I know I'm an id*ot) but only pple who had MM salt. even though expedited ship... takes forever This is my 3rd and final time, ordered 8 days ago, still not here. BTW: Barista Brew out of Cali has great stuff including Salts. warning, you gotta use about 1/4 of the bottle till flavor comes thru but once it does its totally worth it.
Everytime I see a sale, I go through the process of finding things I like and go through checkout, just to find out shipping is 12.99. I've done this twice now. I'm not paying 12.99 in shipping when vaporfi offers free shipping no minimum, direct vapor is free over 25, electronic tobacconist free over 20, and even Myvpro has very reasonable shipping (about 5 bucks) and occasionally free shipping. I just did this tonight on Vapor DNA One ten dollar bottle of ejuice costs 12.99 to ship ..I'll pay more to ship the item than the item costs. So you drop the items in price and jack up the shipping? It comes off as slimey even if the cost ends up the same compared to other stores

First off their products will never arrive on time, I would pay for 2 day shipping just for the product to arrive 5 days later Second they will never refund or replace anything and even with a warranty (sale products always have defects) trying to get a refund is like talking to a brick wall Finally they are copying another website called Element vapes so basically this site is a KNOCK OFF

Do not use this website. I tried to buy some products and they will ask you for your last four digits of your social, your birth date, a picture of your driver license and a selfie for age verification. I went through all of this and they want another selfie holding my license. That's when I had enough.

Since 2015 I've been happy with vapor dna but the one thing I wish you guys had was free shipping. Also I seem to often find what I'm looking for to be out of stock. If that happens or my order isn't enough to clear for free shipping it will make me go to a different website and end up ordering everything there to keep things simple.
I am new to vaping and decided to jump in and try a RTA. But first I ordered 2 packs of coils 1 for my Geekvape Solo and the other for my Freemax Fireluke. Because of my lack of knowledge I ordered single mesh for the Fireluke which don't really work with that tank. The ones for the Geekvape are fine. Now to the RTA.....I ordered the Blotto and the only color available was the rainbow. I attached a note asking if they would hold my order until they had the silver in stock. Within a day Tiffany emailed to say that it may be be awhile and would I like to cancel the device so she could ship the order. I told her no, I would stick with the rainbow. The order, including RTA coils shipped Monday and I received it Friday. In addition they honored the MLK sale (one day late) and shipped for free since the order was over $50. I know my order was a small one but they treated me like I was spending hundreds. This was my first experience ordering from VaporDNA and my first order online EVER. Very thrilled with my service and Tiffany. No need to ever order elsewhere, thanks VaporDNA!!! PS I read the reviews here before I ordered and I think that some people are either never satisfied or just posting to be jerks.

The last time I’ll ever order anything off VaporDna, it’s been 4 days without a confirmation email. I have no clue what’s going or where my stuff is. No tracking number or anything. Tried reaching out to their customer service but to no avail. Save yourself the money & time, order from somewhere else. VaporDNA if you’re reading this, I don’t want your generic “sorry for the inconvenience” response, just don’t bother replying. Thanks.
They take an eternity to ship anything even though I paid for expedited shipping. Two days ago it said your item has been shipped and when I checked the tracking number it says still waiting for them to give it to us. This will be my last order with this company. By the way it’s now been five days since I ordered it and it’s still not in the mail
I ordered a total of 24 bottles of vape juice, and to my surprise the order was 100% accurately fulfilled. I expected at the very least that maybe some bottles would come in the wrong mg or substituted out for another flavor, but no... I got exact what was ordered. I also made two orders, one 9 bottle order for 5>7 day delivery, and a 15 bottle order for 2 day delivery. I emailed them to see if they could combine shipping and they responded that day and shipped both orders out with 2 day shipping!
Do not use! They will not stand behind the product they sell. I got some really funky juice that made coils immediately taste bad, Like burnt crack pipe bad. I tried it with multiple fresh coils and it was just wrong. They refused to do anything about it. It wasn't just that I didn't like it it was bad. Do not trust these people they do not stand behind their products. I corresponded with someone from CS for like 6 emails only to have them insult my intelligence and tell me to contact the Juice maker which I could not find a contact for. Just go with elementvape.com prices as good or better and they stand behind their sales, unlike VaporDNA. I hope this helps somebody not make the same mistake I did. Oh yeah, I posted a review of the juice and it was never published, how shady is that? We all rely on honest reviews to make informed decisions but apparently they could care less once they have gotten your hard-earned cash. It was Okami sour menace. avoid it as well.

I would NOT recommend this place I placed a order they only shipped 1 of the three pods and now they refused to make it right. The worst customer service. So there response to my review is saying they are unable to find any of are emails??? Don’t let there response foul you I’ve been emailing them back and forth for a week now. They have made it clear they were not going to give me the missing product and the will not talk on the phone. Don’t do business with them you will regret it at one point when they decided to RIP YOU OFF!
Once a reputable business but now shady business practices and low end customer service. I had been a customer for over a year and dropped more than $800 during that time. They started sending me bottles of juice that were 6+ months old and on my last order they sent me juice that had already been expired (over 1 YEAR old). I gave them the opportunity to replace the expired bottle but they wanted me to pay out of my pocket to have it replaced. Shame on you for charging the customer to fix your mistakes. MANY more juice shops out there that do GOOD business and have FRESH juices so it was not hard at all to find a new source for all my Vape needs. *********************************************************************************** In response to VAPORDNAs reply below - I gave your staff several opportunities to make it right, even asked to work with the manager. Nobody cared then and I doubt anyone really cares now - Email below: (after sending photos for proof and getting store credit) Me: I appreciate the store credit, it appears that I will need to come out of pocket $10.44 to replace the expired juice. Something is not adding up here Miguel. You sent me expired juice and are literally asking me to pay for your mistake. That juice should have been thrown out and it was obvious by how dark it was. Who is your manager, I would like to give them the opportunity to keep my business. VAPORDNA: Dear Customer, The reason for the amount that was issued was because we would have to take into account of the discount code "boo15" that was applied to this order. Me: If you are not able to issue enough store credit to replace the bottle then you should make that clear when you offer that as an option. I would like instead of the store credit to be refunded the $19.54. I can’t see giving any more business to someone who charges their customers for their mistakes. Either you have no quality control, they messed up, or your deliberately selling old stock, I don't care the cause. I've spent over $750 there the past year, you were 1 of my 2 sources for all vape juice and accessories. I'll deal with a company that appreciates my business. VAPORDNA: Dear Customer, I have removed your store credit and your refund has been requested. Please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to be processed and returned back into your account. As you can see by our correspondence, you totally missed the mark on customer support. Whether I got a discount or not is irrelevant to shipping out a replacement bottle at no cost to the customer. The fact that this point is overlooked by support and they can care less about loosing a loyal customer is why I recommend others to stay away.

Feb 28,2020MY DEALINGS WITH VAPE DNA IS A NIGHTMARE. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM ON FEB. 8. COME TO FIND OUT THEY CAN'T SHIP TO THE STATE I LIVE IN. THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY BACK INTO MY BANK ACCT. IT IS FEB. 27 NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK YET. I HAVE EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES AND CAN'T FIND OUT ANYTHING. I WOULD WARN ANYONE DEALING WITH VAPE DNA TO BE CAREFUL.
