Nov 22,2024I have just had my follow up appointment at Stratford Upon Avon Viencentre, and again very pleased with my care. Right from the venue, reception and warm welcome given on arrival, I am extremely pleased with everything. The care given from the consultant and nurse are fantastic. Warm and friendly blended with professionalism. This really suited my needs, and put my mind at rest. One more appointment to go, and although not an instant transformation, worth the desired outcome! Thank you.

Nov 21,2024For most people there’s bound to be some apprehension prior to a medical procedure. Within minutes of walking into the Shrewsbury clinic the welcome from the receptionist and Mr Sriram Rajagopalan and staff, I was put at ease. From my initial consultation and through the procedure and follow up check the communication, prior to and before each step of the procedure was excellent, everything you need to put you at ease. A very friendly, warm, welcoming professional team that I have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you to everyone.

Nov 21,2024My whole experience at Veincentre was positive. I have worn support stockings for years to manage my varicose veins, in particular the dragging feeling I often experienced. In the initial consultation it was explained to me what particular type of treatment I needed. My treatment lasted less than 90 minutes and I felt quite comfortable walking out of the clinic. Dr Vishwanath and the team made me feel at ease right from my initial visit, until the completion of the follow up appointment. My leg will look much better without the varicose veins and I am so pleased I no longer have the dragging feeling, so will not have to depend on support stockings. I wish I had visited Veincentre Birmingham years ago.

Nov 21,2024After living with varicose veins for around 12 years I had often debated whether to go ahead with treatment. I felt ashamed that my condition was considered “cosmetic” and I didn’t feel I could justify the expense. However, I also started experiencing pain and discomfort more regularly, and last year had developed thrombophlebitis which involved a hospital visit, which promoted me looking into this further. Veincentre has a very informative website which encouraged me to make an enquiry and I was contacted the following day. From booking in a consultation to having my treatment was very straight forward. I felt the consultation gave me more understanding of my issues and what was causing the problem. I felt seen and heard and felt reassured that they could help me. I had my procedure a a month later. Although it was quite uncomfortable it was manageable. They helped me feel at ease and talked me through everything so I knew what was happening and felt reassured. Recovery was gradual, I would say it was about a week before I felt confident to get back into my usual activities, like dog walking, but I went back to work and driving the following day. Veincentre called me the following day checking everything was going ok and couldn’t be more helpful. I really appreciated knowing I had someone to call for advice if needed. I did have bruising which faded over a week or so and the veins were a bit lumpy and tender whilst they were healing. After a couple of weeks I could see an instant difference in the appearance of my veins. My legs looked smoother and the bulging veins were hardly noticeable anymore. This has changed everything for me, in how I feel about myself and the clothes I choose to wear. I am looking forward to not having tired restless legs or fearful of having a reoccurring thrombophlebitis. I have just had my check up appointment and had some foam injected to treat the remaining veins to get the desired finish. This procedure was almost painless. I’m just waiting to see the results in a couple of weeks when things have settled again. This works! I would very much recommend Veincentre.

Very little discomfort & haven’t needed any pain relief since the first evening. I would absolutely recommend Marcus Brooks & a big thank you also to Natasha. The best decision I have ever made.

Thank you to dr Ananth and and Lizzy for looking after me and my mum - they were so gentle and caring and did a fab job- the entertainment was good too 😂!! Angie on reception is a shining star as always making sure we got the appointments we needed and that everything went smoothly Seriously thank you x

Had my thread veins injected today with the sclerotherapy, practically painless. Great compression stockings. Hopefully it will be effective if not I know the pathway and they can treat again. Will refer a friend as I’m so happy with the treatment I have received. A big thank you to everyone at the Thurmaston, Leicester branch.
