Nov 15,2024I have to say that my whole experience was great. The Clinic is easily accessible to me from home and parking is available and free outside the clinic. All staff are professional at all times as well as being welcoming, kind, caring and approachable. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and toilet facilities are available. The procedure is explained and any questions satisfactorily answered. I found Schlerotherapy relatively pain free and the results are very pleasing. Aftercare is explained and also tips emailed immediately afterwards with numbers to contact should you need any further support. At no time do you feel rushed or undervalued, in fact this is how any medical experience should be. Thank you so much.

Nov 14,2024I recently attended the Nottingham Veincentre for EVLA and Foam Scelotherapy treatment. The service received was positive, professional and comprehensive. So far I am very satisfied with the outcome of the treatment though I understand it isn’t instant and my legs will continue to improve over the next few months. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and l can't speak highly enough of Miss Nung Rudarakanchana, the consultant vascular surgeon, and her team who were fantastic. The skill, professionalism and care was exceptional and made the whole experience painless and easy.

The whole team provide a warm and friendly welcome that immediately puts you at ease. The treatment itself was delivered with complete professionalism, expertise and care. Dr Vishwanath, Nurse Liz and Clinic Administrator Luke really do provide a first class service. I have been very happy with my results so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Nov 11,2024This was my first visit to the Veincentre in its new location. Much easier to find and in spacious surroundings. The receptionist was very friendly. They were running late but I was informed and all members of staff apologised for the delay. The treatment was effortless for me as I have been before. I liked the relaxed and friendly nature of the professionals.

Nov 10,2024It took me over two years to take the plunge and have my varicose veins treated, and now I just wish I had done it sooner! All veincentre staff were friendly and helpful, from the booking centre through to the receptionist and the doctor and nurses I was consistently treated respectfully and fully informed of the right treatment for me. The treatment was done in less than an hour as promised, I couldn't believe the results almost immediately. Three months on the appearance is 100% improved and my symptoms of aching, pain and heat have disappeared. My legs look and feel years younger.

Nov 10,2024I can highly recommend Veincentre. I have suffered for many years with varicose and thread veins and finally decided to do something about it and I'm glad I did! I was apprehensive about having treatment but was put at ease as soon as I entered the clinic. The care I received both during and after treatment was excellent and the doctor and nurse were both friendly, reassuring and informative. I did have a problem with one of my veins but this was addressed promptly at no extra cost and is now fine. I had slight discomfort for a few weeks, which was longer than I expected, but things are now settling down and I am pleased with the results so far, no more bulging veins. I can't wait to start wearing shorts.

He's achieved such great results on my 'complicated' legs. If you're thinking of getting your legs sorted out - don't hesitate!
