Dec 10,2024I had a C3 Grade Varicose Vein on my left leg. I had this for around four years and it was getting bigger and more painful. The NHS advised me I didn’t meet the criteria to have this treated, hence me looking at private clinics and online reviews. I had EVLA treatment and foam sclerotherapy in July. I was very anxious before the treatment as I didn’t know what to expect and how painful it would be. Trish the nurse reassured me and she is such a lovely caring and attentive lady. Dr Dr Ananth Krishnan carried out my treatment, he was very professional and friendly making me feel at ease. The EVLA was only slightly uncomfortable nothing painful, the foam sclerotherapy was more painful as this was by my ankle. I could see the results immediately before the compression stocking was put on and was amazed with the results. It’s not cheap however it’s well worth it to finally be pain free. Thank you.

Dec 10,2024Horrible company. Ignores all questions and the same person keeps spamming with emails. Pathetic To respond to their reply - I have been in touch six or seven times and only received one very rude dismissive reply but tons and tons of spam. Tons of it. No amount of blocking gets rid of it. This is an empty apology and if these basics can’t be met, I would not trust you with my body

Dec 10,2024I had two lots of thermocoagulation treatments for spider veins on my face at the stratford upon avon clinic. I was put at ease straight away by Becky who was amazing. I am really happy with the results and highly recommend.

Dec 08,2024I was nervous on the actual procedure day, but all of the staff made me feel comfortable and did little things to alleviate my worry. I was asked if I would like to listen to music and if so what radio station. The nurse chatted to me throughout to put me at ease. The pain was a little more than I had expected but I managed better by the staff distracting me. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt looked after. It was really good to have a follow up call two days later too, and know that a helpline was there if I needed it.

Dec 07,2024I am so happy with my experience with Veincentre and even happier with the results of my treatment. Once the veins was removed within 2 weeks my ulcer which I had for 6 months completely healed up. The staff was lively they made me feel relaxed and was very caring. I would recommend Veincentre to anyone that’s thinking of having their varicose veins removed, the procedure is painless and recovery very quick.

Dec 05,2024I had my treatment back in August but I’ve waited until now to give my review. The reason why it’s been so long is to see if my treatment had been a success. Well I’m happy to say that yes it has. I’m pain free in my right leg and i’m so pleased that I went ahead after being somewhat apprehensive. A special shout out goes to Karen on reception who is lovely. She is very welcoming and puts you at ease as soon as you enter the building. Bianca (Vascular surgeon) did my treatment and explained the procedure and was very gentle with very little pain.

Dec 05,2024Went to the Vein center for consultation & doppler as I want treatment for my thread veins. From booking in the staff are so lovely , the receptionist was lovely , made us a cuppa. Seen Mr Drury who did a thorough check , very informative throughout consultation & friendly , the nurse who was with him was so lovely. I would highly recommend this place.

Dec 04,2024The Consultant and his nurse were very warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. They answered any questions I had and explained the procedure thoroughly. Information booklet given at initial consultation giving lots of information. Throughout my treatment the consultant and nurse were very kind and caring checking regularly that I was comfortable and not in pain.

Dec 03,2024Most people might approach any medical procedure with some trepidation. However, (and as an ex NHS employee) I can say this was as stress-free and relaxed as any appointment and procedure could be. From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, everything was done to make me feel relaxed and welcomed. From the friendly front of house staff to the medical professionals, I felt supported and in good hands. The process went really quickly and after a week, initial results are looking good already.

The Vascular Surgeon Mr Srinivasamurthy explained everything very clearly and the nurses and reception staff were all welcoming and professional. After only a few weeks I can already see the improvement and am very pleased I chose the Veincentre for my procedure.
